- 팬클럽 선예매는 2018년 1월 3일(수) 20:00부터 23:59까지 3시간 59분 동안 진행됩니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 회차 구분없이 한 아이디 당 1매 예매 가능합니다.

- 예매완료 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 티켓은 자동적으로 취소됩니다.

[일반예매 안내사항]

- 일반예매는 2018년 1월 5일(금) 오후 8시부터 진행됩니다.

- 일반예매는 회차 구분 없이 한 아이디당 3매까지 예매 가능합니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들도 일반 예매 시에 2매 추가로 구매 가능합니다. 

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 후 잔여석에 한하여 진행됩니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내사항] 

- 휠체어석 구매는 2018년 1월 8일(월) 오전 10시부터 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)에서 가능합니다. 

- 본 공연의 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 구매가 가능한 좌석입니다.

- 휠체어석 예매자의 경우 휠체어 이용 + 복지카드(장애인증) 소지자만 구매가 가능합니다.

- 복지카드를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 구매가 불가합니다.

- 구매자 본인이 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있으며, 대리 수령 및 양도는 불가합니다.

[공통 안내사항]

* 티켓 분실 시에는 재발권이 되지 않으며, 티켓이 없을 경우 입장이 불가하니 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

* 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 티켓 구매는 취소/환불이 불가능하며, 이로 인한 문제 발생 시 주최/주관사와 예매처는 책임지지 않습니다.

- Fan-Club Member Pre-Order will not require further verification process. Meanwhile, members may purchase the ticket by signing in with Melon Ticket account used during signing up for SEVENTEEN Official Fan-Club 2nd ‘CARAT’. (Please find your purchase record of SEVENTEEN Official Fan-Club 2nd ‘CARAT’ in MY TICKET – PURCHASED TICKETS CANCELLED TICKETS)

- Korean members of SEVENTEEN Official Fan-Club 2nd ‘CARAT’ may purchase the ticket of 2018 SVT 2nd FAN MEETING〈SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND〉only in Korean page.

- Global members of SEVENTEEN Official Fan-Club 2nd ‘CARAT’ may purchase the ticket of 2018 SVT 2nd FAN MEETING〈SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND〉only in global page.

- Fan-Club Member Pre-Order will be held from 20:00 to 23:59 on January 3, 2018 (Wed) for 3 hours and 59 minutes.

- Ticket Purchase Limit: 1 Ticket per Account regardless of the show number. (If one ticket is purchased for a show from the Fan-Club Pre-order, two other tickets either for the same show or for other show can only be purchased during the general ticket sale period.)

- Cancellation: Your order will automatically be cancelled if the payment is not made within the given time.

[General Order: 20:00 (Fri) Jan 5, 2018 (KST) onwards]

- General Order will start from 20:00 (Fri) January 5, 2018.

- Ticket Purchase Limit: 3 Tickets per Account regardless of the show number. (Including the Fan-Club Member Pre-Order)

- If one ticket is already purchased during Fan-Club Member Pre-order, two additional tickets can be purchased during the general ticket sale period.

- General Order will be opened with seats remaining from Fan-Club Member Pre-Order.

[Notice on Wheelchair Accessible Seat Reservation]

- Wheelchair accessible seat reservation period will be from 10:00 AM (Mon) January 8, 2018 (KST) onwards via Melon Ticket customer service center (1899-0042)

- Purchasing Wheelchair Accessible Seats is strictly limited to Wheelchair users, as it comes without chair.

- Only the actual Wheelchair user with his or her own disability certificate may purchase Wheelchair Accessible Seats.

- This seat is offered to those who own both the disability certificate and the wheelchair.

- The ticket shall be picked up by actual purchased owner, and any third party cannot pick it up.

[General Information]

- Please note that all seats are reserved seats.

- Ticket will not be reissued for any reason including being lost. Please be reminded that any audience without the ticket will not be admitted in the venue. Please take care in keeping your ticket.

- Tickets for this Fan Meeting will only be available through Melon Ticket. Tickets purchased from individual, or other agencies are not subjected to cancellation or refundable. In case any problem arises from purchasing the ticket from unauthorized party, the purchaser will solely be responsible for any disadvantage or damage caused due to aforementioned ticket.
