▶ 팬클럽 선예매 (회당 1인 1매 예매 가능)

- 팬클럽 선예매 인증기간: 2025년 7월 2일 (수) 12PM ~ 2025년 7월 8일(화) 11:59PM (KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2025년 7월 8일 (화) 8PM ~ 11:59PM (KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매는 프롬(fromm)의 fromis_9 OFFICIAL FANCLUB flover 2025 MEMBERSHIP 유료 회원에 한해서 티켓 구매가 가능합니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매는 프롬(fromm)의 fromis_9 OFFICIAL FANCLUB flover 2025 MEMBERSHIP에 가입 되어있는 회원 중, 멜론티켓 예매 페이지 내 팬클럽 인증을 완료하신 분만 참여 가능합니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

▶ 일반예매 (회당 1인 2매 예매 가능, 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 티켓오픈: 2025년 7월 9일 (수) 8PM (KST)~

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매로 티켓을 구매하신 분들도 일반예매에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.  ※ 단, 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 이미 회당 1매씩 총 2매를 예매하신 경우, 일반 예매에서는 회차당 1매씩, 총 2매까지 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

▶ 휠체어석 예매

- 휠체어석 예매 일정: 2025년 7월 10일 (목) 10AM (KST) ~

- 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 반드시 예매하여야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해 주시기 바랍니다. (글로벌 페이지는 전화 문의가 불가하며 1:1 문의만 가능합니다.)

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 공연 당일 현장수령만 가능하며 구매자 본인 신분증과 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드) 확인 후 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)

- 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다. 

- 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며 증빙 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓 당일 환불은 불가합니다.

[예매 시 유의사항]

- 2025년 8월 10일 (일) 오후 4시 공연은 오프라인 공연과 온라인 스트리밍이 동시에 진행됩니다. 

- 본 공지는 오프라인 공연 예매에 대한 안내이며, 온라인 스트리밍 티켓 구매는 추후 프롬(fromm)을 통해 공지 예정입니다. (https://store.frommyarti.com/arti/asnd) 

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 방지하기 위해 예매 초기분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영합니다. 예매 전 멜론티켓에 등록되어 있는 예매자 정보를 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 본 공연의 지정된 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없습니다. 

- 불법 거래 혹은 비정상적인 방법을 통한 예매 시도 등 부정한 방법을 통한 예매 건 혹은 이에 준하는 부정한 이용으로 확인되는 경우 해당 예매 건은 사전 통보 없이 예매 취소 처리 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 티켓의 환불은 불가하니 각별히 주의해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 티켓의 변경, 취소, 환불은 예매처 규정에 의해 처리되며, 공연 당일에는 티켓의 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다.

▶ Official Fanclub Pre-sale (1 ticket per person per show)

- Fanclub Verification Period: July 2, 2025 (WED) 12PM ~ July 8, 2025 (TUE) 11:59PM (KST)

- Fanclub Pre-sale Period: July 8, 2025 (TUE) 8PM ~ 11:59PM (KST)

- Tickets for the Fanclub pre-sale are available exclusively to fromis_9 OFFICIAL FANCLUB flover 2025 MEMBERSHIP through fromm.

- Only members who have joined the fromis_9 OFFICIAL FANCLUB flover 2025 MEMBERSHIP through fromm and completed Fanclub verification on the Melon Ticket page are eligible for the Fanclub pre-sale.

- Fanclub members who purchase tickets during the pre-sale may also purchase additional tickets during the general sale, within the ticket limit per person, per show. 

 ▶ General Sale (2 tickets per person per show, including Fanclub pre-sale)

- Ticket open: July 9, 2025 (WED) 8PM (KST) ~

- General sales will begin after the Fanclub pre-sale ends and will only be available for any remaining seats. Please note that tickets may sell out during the pre-sale period, and no seats may be left for the general sale.

- Those who purchased a ticket during the Fanclub pre-sale period may buy one additional ticket per show during the general sale, within the total ticket limit. ※ Fans who purchased tickets during the Fanclub pre-sale are also eligible to purchase additional tickets during the general sale. However, if you have already purchased one ticket per show (a total of two tickets) through the Fanclub pre-sale, you may purchase up to one additional ticket per show (a total of two additional tickets) during the general sale.

▶ Wheelchair Seats Sale

- Wheelchair Seats Open: July 10, 2025 (THU) 10AM (KST) ~ 

- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved through a 1:1 inquiry on Melon Ticket. Each person may reserve up to two tickets: one for the wheelchair user and one for a companion. Please ensure that your companion’s ticket is reserved in advance, as entry will not be permitted without a valid reservation.

- The name on the reservation must exactly match the name on the disability registration card or welfare card. If the reservation is not made under the wheelchair user’s name, entry for both the user and companion will be denied.

- Tickets for wheelchair seats must be picked up at the venue on the day of the show, by showing a valid photo ID and your disability registration card (or welfare card). Someone else cannot pick up your ticket, and transferring tickets is not allowed.

- Wheelchair seats are only for those who use a wheelchair. Even if you have a disability or welfare card, you cannot use these seats if you do not use a wheelchair.

- If you do not bring valid ID and required documents, you will not be allowed to enter. No refunds will be given in this case, and you will be responsible for any issues caused.

[Reservation Notice]

- On August 10, 2025 (SUN) at 4PM, the offline show and online streaming will take place simultaneously.

- This notice provides information regarding ticket reservations for the offline concert. Details about online streaming ticket purchases will be announced separately through fromm ((https://store.frommyarti.com/arti/asnd). 

- To avoid congestion on the day of the show, tickets will be delivered at once during the early reservation period. Before making a reservation, please make sure to verify the ticket holder information registered on Melon Ticket.

- The organizer and the ticketing site are not responsible for any issues caused by tickets purchased through any channel other than the official reservation site designated for this show.

- If a reservation is made through illegal methods such as unauthorized transactions or attempts to reserve tickets through abnormal methods, it may be canceled without prior notice, and legal action may be taken. In such cases, please note that tickets are non-refundable.

- Changes, cancellations, and refunds of tickets are handled according to the rules of the place of reservation, and tickets cannot be changed or refunded on the day of the show.
