▌공연 소개

‘H_OUR, US’는 ‘우리(OUR)와 시간(HOUR)’, 

그리고 원어스(ONEUS)의 ‘US’를 결합한 중의적 표현이다.

‘우리와 우리’, 즉 ONEUS와 TOMOON이 함께 만들어온

모든 시간을 상징한다.

지금까지 쌓아온 추억 그리고 앞으로 나아갈 순간들을

포괄하는 이번 콘서트는 단순한 공연을 넘어 '우리의 시간’을 함께 나누고

기억하는 특별한 여정이 될 것이다.

어떤 순간이 지나더라도 결국 언제나 우리는

함께할 것이라는 의미를 담고 있다.

▌팬클럽 선예매 안내

1. [TOMOON MEMBERSHIP] 가입 후, 2025년 7월 28일(월) 23시 55분(KST) 까지 개인정보 이용 동의 서베이 작성을 완료한 회원에 한해 선예매 혜택이 제공됩니다.

2. 팬클럽 인증

3. 팬클럽 선예매

- 2025년 8월 2일(토) 20:00 ~ 4일(월) 23:59(KST)

- 예매 매수 제한 : 회차당 1인 2매

• 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인 후, 선예매 진행 부탁드립니다.

• 팬클럽 인증을 완료하셨더라도 선예매 기간이 지나면 일반 예매만 가능하니, 인증 및 선예매 기간을 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다. 

▌일반 예매 안내

오픈 일정: 2025년 8월 5일(화) 20:00 (KST) -

매수 제한: 회차 당 1인 4매(선예매 매수 포함)

일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 마감 후 잔여석을 대상으로 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 매진 시 예매가 불가할 수 있습니다.

※ 본 공연은 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예매분은 일괄배송 방식으로 운영되오니 티켓 구매 전 배송 주소지가 정확한지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 티켓 일괄 배송은 2025년 8월 26일(화) 순차적으로 시작됩니다.

※ 휠체어석은 2025년 8월 7일(목) 14시부터 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화예매만 가능합니다. 

※ 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로에서 구매하거나 취득한 티켓은 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다. 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 문제와 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며, 주최, 주관사, 예매처는 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

▌About the Show

‘H_OUR, US’ is a layered expression, 

combining ‘OUR and HOUR’ with ‘US’ from ONEUS.

It represents all the time shared between ‘us’, ONEUS and TOMOON,

symbolizing all of our moments created ‘together’.

This show encompasses not only the memories we’ve built so far,

but also the moments still to come.

This concert will become a special journey to share and remember ‘our time’. 

No matter what moments may pass, 

we will always be together.

▌Fanclub Presale Information

1. Presale benefits are only available to those who have an active [TOMOON MEMBERSHIP] and have completed the Consent to the Use of Personal Information survey by July 28, 2025 (Mon) 23:55 (KST).

(The Consent to the Use of Personal Information survey notice will be posted separately via the official ONEUS website)

2. Fanclub Verification 

- July 30, 2025 (Wed) 14:00 ~ July 31 (Thu) 23:59 (KST)

- [Full Name] and [Date of Birth] used at the time of registration, plus 

[Membership Number] are required

3. Fanclub Presale 

- August 2, 2025 (Sat) 20:00 ~ August 4 (Mon) 23:59 (KST) 

- Ticket Purchase Limit: Up to 2 tickets per person per show 

•  Please verify that your Fanclub Verification is complete before attempting to purchase a ticket during the presale. 

•  After the Presale period ends, you will only be able to participate in the General Sale even if you have completed the Fanclub Verification, so please make sure to check both the verification and presale periods carefully. 

▌General Sale Information

Opens: August 5, 2025 (Tue) 20:00 (KST) -

Purchase Limit: Up to 4 tickets per person per show (including number of tickets purchased during the presale)

General Sale tickets will be available for the seats remaining after the Fanclub Presale period. Please note that if tickets sell out during the presale, it may not be possible to purchase General Sale tickets.

※ Initial ticket orders will be shipped in bulk in order to reduce on-site congestion, so please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. 

※ Bulk ticket shipping will begin sequentially from August 26, 2025 (Tue).

※ Wheelchair-accessible seating will be available by phone reservation only via the Melon Ticket Customer Service Center (1899-0042) starting August 7, 2025 (Thu) 14:00. 

※ Tickets purchased or obtained through unofficial means are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. All issues or liabilities arising from such transactions are the sole responsibility of the individual(s) involved. The event organizer/host, sponsor, and ticketing platform bear no responsibility for any resulting problems. 

※ Tickets that are part of illegal transactions may be canceled without prior notice. Holders of such tickets, even with a physical ticket on the day of the show, will not be permitted entry.
