1. [FROMM ‘WENDY’ MEMBERSHIP] 회원에게만 선예매 혜택이 제공됩니다. 

2. 멤버십 인증

    - 기간: 2025년 8월 21일 (목) 14:00 (KST) ~ 25일 (월) 23:59 (KST)

3. 멤버십 선예매

   ⠂본 공연은 멜론티켓 회원가입 후에만 예매 가능합니다.

   ⠂멤버십 선예매는 정해진 기간 동안 멜론티켓 예매 페이지에서 [FROMM ‘WENDY’ MEMBERSHIP] 인증을 완료한 분들만 가능합니다.

   ⠂멜론티켓 ID 1개당 [FROMM ‘WENDY’ MEMBERSHIP] 계정 1개만 인증할 수 있으며, 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

   ⠂인증이 완료된 팬클럽 정보는 수정, 취소, 재사용이 불가능하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴 시에도 재인증이 불가합니다. 인증 전, 멤버십 가입 정보와 멜론티켓 회원 정보가 일치하는지 꼭 확인 바랍니다.

   ⠂본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 그로 인한 타인의 멤버십 인증에 대해 공연 주최, 주관사, 예매처는 책임지지 않으니, 회원 정보 관리를 철저히 부탁드립니다.

   ⠂글로벌 페이지에서 멤버십 인증을 완료하셨다면, 해당 페이지에서만 예매가 가능합니다.

   ⠂멤버십 인증이 완료되었는지 확인 후, 선예매 진행 부탁드립니다.

   ⠂멤버십 선예매로 티켓을 구매한 회원도 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

   ⠂멤버십 인증을 완료하셨더라도 선예매 기간이 지나면 일반 예매만 가능하니, 인증 및 선예매 기간을 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다. 

   ⠂멤버십 선예매 종료 후부터 일반 예매 시작 전까지는 취소를 제외한 모든 티켓 업무가 불가하니 참고 바랍니다.

▌일반 예매 안내

매수 제한: 회차 당 1인 2매(선예매 매수 포함)

일반 예매는 멤버십 선예매 마감 후 잔여석을 대상으로 진행되며, 멤버십 선예매 매진 시 예매가 불가할 수 있습니다.

※ 본 공연은 전석 지정좌석제로 운영되며, 공식 예매처인 멜론티켓에서만 예매가 가능합니다.

※ 본 공연은 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예매분은 일괄배송 방식으로 운영되오니 티켓 구매 전 배송 주소지가 정확한지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 티켓 일괄 배송은 2025년 9월 3일 (수)부터 순차적으로 시작됩니다. 

※ 휠체어석은 2025년 8월 27일 (수) 09시부터 멜론티켓 고객센터로 (1899-0042)를 통한 전화예매만 가능합니다. 

   (운영시간 : 평일/주말 09-18시)

※ 우편 발송된 티켓을 포함한 모든 발권된 티켓은 분실이나 파손 시 재발권 및 취소/환불이 불가하며, 티켓 미소지 자는 입장이 불가하오니 티켓 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

※ 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로에서 구매하거나 취득한 티켓은 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다. 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 문제와 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며, 주최, 주관사, 예매처는 이에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

3. Membership Presale

⠂Tickets can only be purchased after registering for a Melon Ticket account.

⠂Membership presale is only available to those who complete [FROMM ‘WENDY’ MEMBERSHIP] verification on the Melon Ticket booking page during the designated period.

⠂Only one [FROMM ‘WENDY’ MEMBERSHIP] account can be verified per Melon Ticket ID. Duplicate verifications are not permitted.

⠂Once verified, fan club information cannot be modified, deleted, or reused. Re-verification is not possible even after withdrawing the Melon Ticket membership. Please ensure your membership registration information matches your Melon Ticket account information before verification.

⠂The show organizers, promoters, and ticketing platform are not responsible for any exposure of membership information due to user negligence or unauthorized membership verification by others. Please manage your account information carefully.

⠂If you complete membership verification on the global page, tickets can only be purchased through that page.

⠂Please confirm your membership verification is complete before proceeding with presale purchases.

⠂Members who purchase tickets through the membership presale can also make additional purchases during general sales, subject to the purchase limit.

⠂Even after completing membership verification, only general sales will be available once the presale period ends. Please check the verification and presale periods carefully.

⠂All ticketing services, except for cancellations, will be unavailable between the end of the membership presale and the start of general sales.

▌General Public Sale Information

Opening Schedule: August 26 (Tue) 20:00 (KST), 2025 onwards

Purchase Limit: 2 tickets per person per show (including presale purchases)

General public sales will proceed with the remaining seats after the membership presale closes, and booking may not be possible if the membership presale sells out.

※ This show operates with reserved seating for all seats, and tickets can only be purchased through the official ticketing platform, Melon Ticket.

※ To prevent congestion on the day of the show, initial ticket purchases will be handled through bulk shipping. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before purchasing tickets.

※ Bulk ticket shipping will begin sequentially on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

※ Wheelchair accessible seats are available for phone booking only through Melon Ticket Customer Service (1899-0042) starting Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

(Operating hours: Weekdays/Weekends 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

※ All issued tickets, including those sent by mail, cannot be reissued, canceled, or refunded if lost or damaged. Entry will not be permitted without a ticket, so please ensure that you store your tickets securely.

※ Tickets purchased or obtained through channels other than the official ticketing platform cannot be canceled or refunded. All issues and responsibilities arising from such transactions rest entirely with the parties involved, and the organizers, promoters, and ticketing platform bear no responsibility.

※ Illegally traded tickets will be invalidated without prior notice, and entry will not be permitted on the day of the show even if tickets are in possession.
