▶ 팬클럽 선예매 :

- 팬클럽 인증 기간 : 2025년 11월 28일 (금) 12:06 - 12월 5일 (금) 23:59 (KST)
 - 팬클럽 선예매 : 2025년 12월 5일 (금) 20:00-23:59 (KST) (회차당 1인 1매 예매 가능)

- 팬클럽 회원가는 선예매 기간에만 적용됩니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 Xdinary Heroes 공식 팬클럽 Villains 2기 멤버십 번호 11자리(Y포함) + 가입 시 기재한 이름 (띄어쓰기 및 대문자 멤버십 가입 정보와 동일하게 입력)으로 인증 가능합니다.
(EX. Y1234567890 / 홍길동)
 - 정해진 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 하지 않으면 선예매 참여가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반예매로 예매가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하니 사전 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며, 공연 주최/주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.
- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증을 완료한 멜론 티켓 ID는 재로그인 시 재인증을 진행하지 않아도 됩니다. 인증을 완료한 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 해당 정보로는 재인증이 불가합니다.
- 본인의 부주의로 인해 팬클럽 가입 정보 노출 및 이로 인해 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 경우에 대하여 공연 주최/주관사 및 예매처에서는 책임지지 않으므로, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 팬클럽 인증 방법에 관하여 아래 안내되는 사항을 반드시 확인하시어 팬클럽 선예매 진행에 불이익이 없으시기 바랍니다.

〈팬클럽 인증 방법〉

1. 예매 페이지 내 “선예매 인증” 버튼 클릭

2. 멤버십 정보 입력

- 이름 (띄어쓰기 및 대소문자 멤버십 가입 정보와 동일하게 입력)

- YES24 팬클럽 예매번호 (Y를 포함한 11자리)

3. 인증 결과 확인

- 팬클럽 인증 시, 반드시 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 ID로 인증해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 멜론티켓 ID 1개당 한 번의 인증만 가능하며, 인증 완료 후 다른 아이디로의 변경 및 재인증은 불가합니다.

※ 본 공연 팬클럽 선예매를 위해 팬클럽 회원 인증이 필요합니다. 이에 따라 팬클럽 회원 가입을 진행한 YES24로부터 인증을 위한 최소한의 정보(이름, 멤버십 고유번호)가 제공되며, 해당 목적 외에는 사용되지 않습니다

※ 팬클럽 인증 오류 발생 시 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)로 문의 바랍니다

▶ 일반예매 : 2025년 12월 8일 (월) 20:00(KST) ~  (회차당 1인 2매, 선예매 매수 포함)

- 일반예매는 선예매 매수 포함 회차당 1인 2매 예매 가능합니다.
- 선예매 후 잔여석에 한해 예매가 가능합니다.

▶ 휠체어석 예매 : 2025년 12월 8일 (월) 10:00(KST) ~ 

- 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통해 전화예매만 가능합니다.
  (*고객센터 운영시간 : 평일/주말 09:00~18:00)
 - 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 구매 가능한 좌석이며, 동반 1인 포함 총 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
 - 공연 당일 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)과 본인 신분증(실물)확인 후 티켓 수령이 이루어지며, 미지참시 예매자 및 동반 1인도 입장이 불가합니다.
 - 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓은 당일 환불이 불가합니다.
 - 휠체어석 예매티켓은 현장수령만 가능하며 구매자 본인 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. (*대리 수령 및 양도는 불가합니다.)

※ 원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓 구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

※ 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인의 이름으로 예매해야 하며 예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 공연 관람이 불가합니다.

TICKET RESERVATION ANNOUNCEMENT

▶ Fanclub Presale:

* Fanclub Presale : DEC 5, 2025 (FRI) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (KST) (Purchase Limit: 1 ticket per person for each show)

- The FANCLUB price is only applicable during the FANCLUB PRESALE period.

- Fanclub presale can be accessed by verifying with the 11-digit Xdinary Heroes Official Fanclub Villains 2nd Membership number (including the letter ‘Y’) + the name provided when registering for membership (must be entered exactly as registered, including spacing and capitalization). (ex. Y1234567890 / Hong Gil Dong)

- If you do not complete the Fanclub verification within the specified period, you will not be eligible for presale, and you can make a reservation in the subsequent general sale. 

- Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only purchase tickets through general sale once the Fanclub presale period has passed, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub presale period. We would like to inform you that the parties are solely responsible for the damage caused by failure to certify and book within the relevant period, and that the show organizers and the ticket vendor are not responsible for any damage.

- If the Fanclub verification is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the Fanclub presale ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the Fanclub presale ticket only through the global page.

- A Melon Ticket ID that has completed fanclub verification does not need to go through verification again upon re-login. Once verification is completed, the information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and even if you withdraw from Melon Ticket membership, re-verification with the same information will not be possible.

- The show organizers and the ticket vendor shall not be responsible for any use of your membership information by others if it is exposed due to your own negligence. Please be careful while managing your membership information.

- Please check the information below on how to verify the Fanclub so that there are no disadvantages in the Fanclub presale.

〈Fanclub Verification Process〉

1. Click the “Authorization” button on the reservation page
2. Enter your membership information

- Name (Enter exactly as registered, including spaces and capitalization)

- YES24 Fanclub Reservation Number (11 digits including the letter “Y”)

3. Check your verification result

 - When verifying the Fanclub, be sure to verify with your Melon Ticket ID in your name. You can purchase a ticket only when the name of the [Xdinary Heroes Official Fanclub Villains 2nd] matches with the name of the person who purchased the ticket through Melon Ticket.

- Only one verification is allowed per Melon Ticket ID. Once completed, changing to a different ID or re-verification is not allowed.

※ Fanclub membership verification is required for the fanclub presale of this show. Accordingly, the minimum necessary information (name and membership number) provided upon fanclub registration through YES24 will be shared for verification purposes only and will not be used for any other purpose.

※ In case of any errors during the verification process, please contact Melon Ticket Customer Center 1:1 online inquiry.

▶ General Sale: DEC 8, 2025 (MON) 20:00(KST) ~

- 2 tickets per person for each show, including the ticket purchased through the FANCLUB PRESALE.
- All remaining seats from the FANCLUB PRESALE will be opened for GENERAL SALE.

▶ Wheelchair Accessible Seats Sale : DEC 8, 2025 (MON) 10:00 (KST) ~

- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via Melon Ticket Customer Center 1:1 online inquiry.
  (*Customer Center Operating Hours : Weekdays/Weekends 09:00–18:00 KST)
 - Up to 2 tickets can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and 1 companion.
 - On the day of the show, tickets will only be issued after presenting both a valid form of ID and the disability registration card (or welfare card). If you fail to bring these, neither the ticket holder nor the companion will be admitted.
 - Responsibility for not bringing the designated proof lies solely with the attendee, and tickets cannot be refunded on the day of the show for this reason.
 - Wheelchair accessible tickets are available for onsite pickup only and must be collected by the purchaser in person. Proxy pickup or transfer is not allowed.

※ To be able to collect and view the concert, please make sure to reserve tickets for yourself under your name only. If you are not the person who made the reservation, you cannot watch the show.
