[팬클럽 선예매 안내]

- 위버스(Weverse)의 SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 회원에 한하여 가능합니다.

- SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.”멤버십(GL)의 가입자명과 멜론티켓 예매자명, 실관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 가입 관련 문의사항은 위버스(http://www.weverse.io)를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

* STEP 1. 팬클럽 사전 인증 

- 인증 기간: 2025년 12월 8일 (월) 2PM ~ 12월 11일 (목) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 위버스(Weverse)의 SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 회원은 본 공연 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 팬클럽 사전 인증은 SUPER JUNIOR공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL)에 가입한 위버스(Weverse) 계정으로 인증이 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 ID 1개당, 선예매를 신청한 위버스(Weverse) 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 사전 인증 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다.

- 선예매는 공연 관람 당일까지 멤버십 자격을 유지하고 있어야 유효합니다. 선예매 신청이 확정된 멤버십은 결제 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다. (멤버십 구매샵 확인 방법: 위버스샵 앱 〉 MY 〉 주문내역)

- 사전 인증 오류 발생 시 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 오픈

- 선예매 일정: 2025년 12월 11일 (목) 8PM ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 참여 대상 : SUPER JUNIOR 공식 팬클럽 “E.L.F.” 멤버십(GL) 회원 인증 완료자 (1인 1매)

└ 12월 11일 (목) 11:59:59PM (KST)까지 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하신 분

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하니 사전 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.

[일반예매 안내]

- 일반예매 일정: 2025년 12월 15일 (월) 8PM (KST) ~

- 일반예매는 1인 2매까지 가능합니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 팬클럽 선예매: 2025년 12월 11일 (목) 10AM ~ 5:59:59PM (KST) 

- 일반예매: 2025년 12월 15일 (월) 10AM (KST) ~ 

- 전화 예매(멜론티켓 고객센터: 1899-0042)만 가능하며, 팬클럽 선예매 시더라도 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는, 복지카드 등의 본인 확인 후, 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 구매자는 E.L.F. 모바일 회원카드를 지참하셔야 하며, 동반자가 직계가족이 아닐 경우에는 동반자의 E.L.F. 회원 유무 확인 후, 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

- 동반인이 직계가족일 경우 가족관계증명서, 예매자 실물 신분증, 보호자 실물 신분증을 모두 확인 후 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

- 멜론티켓 고객센터 운영 시간은 평일 9AM~6PM 입니다.

[Ticket Sale]

1. Verification Period for Fanclub Pre-Sale: December 8, 2025 (MON) 2PM ~ December 11, 2025 (THUR) 11:59:59PM (KST)

[Fanclub Pre-Sale]

- It is available only for members of “ E.L.F.” membership(GL), Weverse’s official Fan club of SUPER JUNIOR.

- You can watch the show only when the name of the “ E.L.F.” membership(GL), official Fan club of SUPER JUNIOR, matches with the name of the person who purchased the ticket through Melon Ticket, and the actual watcher.

- The presenting company and the official ticket site shall not be responsible for acts of other people who verified themselves with your membership information exposed due to your carelessness. Please be careful to manage your membership information.

- For questions related to joining the “ E.L.F.” membership(GL), official Fan club of SUPER JUNIOR, please check with the Weverse (http://www.weverse.io).

* STEP 1. Fanclub Verification Process for Fanclub Pre-Sale

- Verification Period: December 8, 2025 (MON) 2PM ~ December 11, 2025 (THUR) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- The members of “ E.L.F.” membership(GL), Weverse’s official Fan club of SUPER JUNIOR can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through this page to reserve the ticket of the show. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period.

- For the verification process for Fanclub Pre-Sale, you can verify yourself with your Weverse account of “ E.L.F.” membership(GL), official Fan club of SUPER JUNIOR.

- If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Pre-Sale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Pre-Sale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page.

- You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the Pre-Sale per Melon Ticket ID. Duplicate verification will be impossible.

- The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be amended, canceled, nor reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Melon Ticket membership.

- Pre-sale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show. Memberships whose pre-sale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded. (Check applied membership details: Weverse App 〉 More 〉My Membership)

- In case of any errors during the verification process, please contact Melon Ticket Customer Center at 1:1 online inquiry.

* STEP 2. Fanclub Pre-Sale

- Fanclub Pre-Sale: December 11, 2025 (THUR) 8PM ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

- Participants: Those who completed the verification process of  “ E.L.F.”  membership(GL), Weverse’s official Fan club of SUPER JUNIOR (One ticket per person per show)  

└ Those who have completed Fanclub verification process by December 11 (THUR) 11:59:59PM (KST) 

- Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only purchase tickets through General Sales after the Fanclub Pre-Sale period, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub Pre-Sale period. We would like to inform you that the parties are solely responsible for the damage caused by failure to certify and book within the relevant period, and that the host, organizer, and ticket vendor of the show are not responsible for any damage.

[General Sale]

- General Sale: December 15, 2025 (MON) 8PM (KST) ~

- You can only purchase 2 tickets per show (including the ticket purchased through the Fanclub Pre-Sale).

- All remaining seats from the Fanclub Pre-Sale will be opened for General Sale. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Pre-Sale, there may be no seats available for General Sale.

[Wheelchair Accessible Seats]

- Fanclub Pre-Sale: December 11, 2025 (THUR) 10AM ~ 5:59:59PM (KST)

- General Sale: December 15, 2025 (MON) 10AM (KST) ~ 

- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via Melon Ticket Customer Center at 1:1 online inquiry, and up to two tickets can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Please make sure to reserve for accompanying individuals in advance, as they must also have reservations to enter.

- You can only reserve wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserve them is identical to the name in the disability register card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserve them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter.

- You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats on-site on the show day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card (or welfare card). (Proxy receipt and transfer are not allowed.)

- When reserving wheelchair seats, if the reserver and companion are immediate family, bring a family relationship certificate. If not immediate family, confirm the companion's E.L.F. membership before ticket collection.

粉丝俱乐部预售指南

- 粉丝俱乐部的优先预售仅限Weverse的 SUPER JUNIOR 官方粉丝俱乐部 “E.L.F.” 会员(GL)参加。

- 只有当 “E.L.F.” 会员(GL)官方粉丝俱乐部的姓名与通过 Melon Ticket 购买门票的姓名以及实际观演者的姓名一致时，方可入场观看演出。

- 若因您的疏忽泄露会员信息，导致他人利用您的会员信息进行身份验证，主办公司及官方售票平台对此不承担任何责任。请务必妥善管理您的会员信息。

- 关于加入 SUPER JUNIOR 官方粉丝俱乐部 “E.L.F” 会员(GL)的相关问题，请访问Weverse官网进行查询。

- 只有完成本演出预订页面的粉丝俱乐部认证流程后，Weverse的SUPER JUNIOR官方粉丝俱乐部 “E.L.F.” 会员(GL)才能参加粉丝俱乐部预售。请务必在规定期间内完成粉丝俱乐部的认证流程。

- 粉丝俱乐部预售认证可以通过加入SUPER JUNIOR官方粉丝俱乐部 "E.L.F." 会员(GL)的Weverse账号完成。

- 如果粉丝俱乐部预售的认证是在韩语页面进行的，您只能通过韩语页面购买门票。如果粉丝俱乐部预售的认证是在全球页面进行的，您只能通过全球页面购买门票。

- 每个以本人名义注册的 Melon Ticket ID 仅能认证一个已申请预售的 Weverse 账号，且不可重复认证。

- 完成预售认证的粉丝俱乐部信息无法修改、取消或重新使用，即使退出 Melon Ticket 会员，也无法重新进行认证。

- 粉丝俱乐部预售只有在演出当天保持会员资格有效时才有效。已经确认粉丝俱乐部预售认证的会员账户不能取消或退款。（如何查看会员购买商店：Weverse shop App 〉 MY 〉 订单记录)

- 如在粉丝俱乐部优先认证过程中出现任何错误，请通过 Melon Ticket 客户中心的 1:1 在线咨询与我们联系。

* STEP 2. 粉丝俱乐部预售公开

- 预售时间: 2025年 12月 11日(星期四) 下午8点至下午11:59:59 (韩国时间)

- 参与对象 : 完成 Weverse 的 SUPER JUNIOR 官方粉丝俱乐部 “E.L.F.” 会员(GL)认证流程的用户（每人1 张）

└ 在12月 11日(星期四）下午11:59:59 (韩国时间)之前完成粉丝俱乐部优先认证的人

- 即使您已经完成粉丝俱乐部认证，仍需在粉丝俱乐部预售期结束后，通过一般销售渠道购买门票。请务必确认粉丝俱乐部认证和预售期。如果在相关期间内未完成认证和预定，所造成的损失将由当事人自行承担，主办方、组织方和票务供应商不承担任何责任。

2) 一般预售公开

- 预售时间：2025年 12月 15日(星期一) 下午8点起 (韩国时间)

- 一般预售每人每场最多可购买1张票（包括粉丝俱乐部优先预售数量）。

- 一般预售是在粉丝俱乐部优先预售后对剩余座位的预售，如果粉丝俱乐部优先预售时售罄，一般预售公开时可能无法预售到座位。

3) 轮椅席预售

- 粉丝俱乐部优先预售: 2025年 12月 11日 (星期四) 上午10点至下午5:59:59 (韩国时间)

- 一般预售: 2025年 12月 15日(星期一) 上午10点起 (韩国时间) ~

- 轮椅席使用者只能通过 Melon Ticket 客户中心 1:1 在线咨询进行预订。轮椅席使用者和一名陪同人员每张票可占用轮椅座位。每人最多可预售 2 张票，包括轮椅使用者及其陪同人员。

- 对于轮椅席，只有在障碍者注册证或福利卡上的名字为“预售人本人”时才能预售，如果不是本人，预售人和1名监护人都无法入场。

- 轮椅席门票只能在当天现场领取，领取前需确认障碍者注册证或福利卡等身份信息，然后才能领取门票。

- 购买粉丝俱乐部优先预售票的人必须携带“E.L.F.”手机会员卡，如非直系亲属的陪同者，需要确认陪同者是否为“E.L.F.”会员后才能领取门票。

- 若陪同者为直系亲属，则须同时核验家庭关系证明、预订者本人身份证原件及监护人身份证原件后方可领取门票。
