▷ 팬클럽 선예매는 위버스(Weverse)의 Hearts2Hearts 공식 팬클럽 “S2U (하츄)” 멤버십(GL) 회원에 한하여 회당 1인 1매 구매 가능합니다.

▷ Hearts2Hearts 공식 팬클럽 “S2U (하츄)” 멤버십(GL)의 가입자명과 멜론티켓 예매자명, 실관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

▷ 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 위버스(Weverse)의 Hearts2Hearts 공식 팬클럽 “S2U (하츄)” 멤버십(GL) 회원은 인증 기간 내에 본 공연 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매 사전 인증은 Hearts2Hearts 공식 팬클럽 “S2U (하츄)” 멤버십(GL)에 가입한 위버스(Weverse) 계정으로 인증이 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 사전 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 ID 1개당, 선예매를 신청한 위버스(Weverse) 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다. 한 사람이 기타 경로로 여러 장의 티켓을 예매한 정황이 발견될 경우, 해당 티켓들은 별도 사전 통보 없이 취소될 수 있습니다. 

- 사전 인증 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 회당 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.

- 본 공연은 원활한 예매 진행을 위하여, 결제수단 중 무통장입금은 제한됩니다. 

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하니 사전 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.

[일반 예매 안내]

- 일반 예매 일정: 2025년 12월 19일(금) 8:00 PM (KST) ~

- 본 공연은 회당 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다. 선예매로 예매 완료한 회차는 일반 예매에서 추가 구매가 불가합니다.

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매에서 매진될 경우 일반 예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 팬클럽 선예매 일정: 2025년 12월 17일(수) 10:00 AM ~ 5:59:59 PM (KST)

- 일반 예매 일정: 2025년 12월 19일(금) 10:00 AM (KST) ~

- 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 예매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해주시기 바랍니다. (글로벌 페이지는 전화 문의가 불가하며 1:1 문의만 가능합니다.)

- 휠체어석은 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드에 기재된 이름과 예매자명이 일치해야만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 모두 입장할 수 없습니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장수령만 가능하며, 구매자 본인 신분증과 장애인 등록증(또는, 복지카드) 확인 후, 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 구매자는 “S2U (하츄)” 멤버십(GL) 모바일 회원카드를 지참하셔야 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

[Fanclub Presale]

▷ Fanclub Presale is available only for members of “S2U” (GL), Weverse’s official Hearts2Hearts Fanclub and each member may purchase one ticket per show.

▷ You can watch the show only when the name of the membership of “S2U”(GL), Weverse’s official Hearts2Hearts Fanclub, matches the name of the person who purchased the ticket through Melon Ticket, and the actual attendee.

▷ The presenting company and the official ticketing site shall not be responsible for any issues incurred from your membership information being exposed due to your negligence or being used by others for fanclub verification. Please take caution in the management of your membership information.

▷ For questions regarding applying for a membership to the official Hearts2Hearts Fanclub “S2U”(GL), please check the Weverse site (www.weverse.io). 

* STEP 1. Verification Process for the Fanclub Presale

- Verification Period: December 11, 2025 (Thu) 2:00 PM ~ December 17, 2025 (Wed) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- The members of Weverse’s official Hearts2Hearts Fanclub “S2U”(GL) can reserve their presale ticket only after completing the verification process for the Fanclub Presale through the show’s ticket reservation page. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period.

- The verification process for the Fanclub Presale can be done through the Weverse account registered with the official Fanclub “S2U”(GL).

- If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page.

- Only one Weverse account with an application for the presale may be verified per Melon Ticket ID, and duplicate verification is not allowed. If an individual is found to have purchased multiple tickets through other means, those tickets may be canceled without prior notice.

- Once the verification process has been completed, the membership information cannot be changed, canceled, or reused. Re-verification is not possible even if you leave your Melon Ticket membership.

- The Presale purchase will remain valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show. Memberships with a confirmed presale verification cannot be canceled or refunded. (How to check the membership status: Weverse Shop App 〉 More 〉 My Membership)

- In case of any errors during the verification process, please contact the Melon Ticket Customer Center 1:1 online inquiry.

* STEP 2. Fanclub Presale

- Eligible Participants: Hearts2Hearts official fanclub “S2U” (GL) verification completed members (1 ticket per person per show)

- Members can only purchase 1 ticket per show for the Fanclub Presale.

- To ensure a smooth ticketing process, bank transfer (virtual account deposit) will not be available as a payment method.

- Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only purchase tickets through General Sale after the Fanclub Presale period, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub Presale period. We would like to inform you that the purchasing parties are solely responsible for the damage caused by failure to certify and book within the relevant period, and that the host, organizer, and ticket vendor of the show are not responsible for any damage.

[General Sale]

- General Sale: December 19, 2025 (Fri) 8:00 PM (KST) ~

- Only one ticket per person per show is allowed. If you buy a ticket during the fanclub pre-sale, you cannot purchase another during the general sale.

- All seats remaining after the Fanclub Presale will be opened up for the General Sale. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats left available for the General Sale.

[Wheelchair Accessible Seats]

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats Fanclub Presale: December 17, 2025 (Wed) 10:00 AM ~ 5:59:59 PM (KST)

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats General Sale: December 19, 2025 (Fri) 10:00 AM (KST) ~

- Wheelchair-accessible seat reservations are only available through 1:1 inquiries, and up to 2 tickets per show can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Companions must also purchase a ticket to enter, so please make sure to book together in advance. 

- You can only reserve wheelchair-accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserves them is identical to the name on the disability registration card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserved them, you and your companion will not be allowed entry.

- You can receive your tickets for wheelchair-accessible seats at the venue on the show day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability registration card (or welfare card). If you don't bring them, you cannot get a ticket or use a wheelchair-accessible seat. (Proxy receipt and transfer are not allowed.)

- Those who purchased wheelchair-accessible seats through Fanclub Presale must bring their “S2U” Membership(GL) mobile membership cards.

- Wheelchair-accessible areas have no fixed seats and are reserved only for wheelchair users. Non-wheelchair users cannot use these areas, even if they hold a disability registration card (welfare card).

- ファンクラブ事前認証を韓国語の予約ページで行われた場合、ファンクラブ先行予約は韓国語の予約ページでのみ可能であり、グローバル予約ページで行われた場合、ファンクラブ先行予約はグローバル予約ページでのみご利用いただけます。

- Melon Ticketご本人名義のID1つにつき、先行予約を申し込んだWeverseアカウント1つのみ認証可能で、重複認証はできません。同一人物が異なる経路で複数枚のチケットを予約したと判明した場合、該当チケットは事前通知なしにキャンセルされる場合があります。

- 事前認証が完了したメンバーシップ情報は修正、キャンセル、再利用ができず、Melon Ticket会員退会をされても再認証ができません。

- 粉丝俱乐部提前预购事前认证可通过加入Hearts2Hearts官方粉丝俱乐部“S2U”Membership（GL）的Weverse账户进行认证。

- 若在韩文购票页面完成粉丝俱乐部事前认证，则仅可在韩文购票页面参与粉丝俱乐部预购；若在全球购票页面完成认证，则仅可在全球购票页面参与粉丝俱乐部预购。

- 每个Melon Ticket会员账号仅可绑定一个已申请预购的Weverse账户，不可重复认证。若发现同一人士通过其他途径重复购票，相关订单将可能在未事先通知的情况下被取消。

- 完成事前认证的会员信息不能修改、取消或重复使用，即使注销Melon Ticket会员也无法重新认证。

- 为确保顺利进行本次演出预购，不支持银行转账作为支付方式。

- 即使已完成粉丝俱乐部认证，若未在粉丝俱乐部提前预购期间内完成购票，仅可通过一般购票方式购买门票，请务必确认粉丝俱乐部事前认证时间及提前预购门票开放时间。因未在规定期限内完成认证或购票所导致的损失，由购票人自行承担，演出主办方、承办方及售票平台概不负责。

[一般预购指南]

- 一般预购每人每场限购1张门票。通过提前预购已完成购票的场次，将无法在一般预购中另行购买。

- 一般预购仅限粉丝俱乐部提前预购结束后、剩余座位范围内开放，若门票在粉丝俱乐部提前预购阶段全部售罄，一般预购开放时可能无可售座位。

[轮椅席预购指南]

- 轮椅席粉丝俱乐部提前预购期间：2025年12月17日（周三）10:00 AM ~ 5:59:59 PM（KST）

- 轮椅席一般预购期间：2025年12月19日（周五）10:00 AM（KST）~

- 轮椅席预约仅通过1:1在线咨询受理，每场演出每人最多可预订2张，包括轮椅使用者本人和1名陪同者。陪同者入场也需持票，因此请务必提前一并预约。

- 仅当残疾人登记证或福利卡上的姓名与购票人姓名一致时，方可购买轮椅席。若购票人非证件持有人，本人及陪同者均不得入场。

- 轮椅席门票须在演出当天现场领取。取票时须出示购票人本人身份证原件及残疾人登记证（或福利卡），进行身份核验后方可领取门票。（门票不得代领或转让）

- 购买轮椅席粉丝俱乐部预购门票的购票人须出示“S2U”MEMBERSHIP（GL）手机会员卡方可取票。

- 轮椅席为无座区域，仅供使用轮椅的观演者入座。即使持有残疾人登记证（或福利卡），若未使用轮椅，亦不得入座。
