- SF9 Official Fanclub [FANTASY] 8기 회원에게만 선예매 혜택이 제공됩니다.

- 예매페이지 내 ‘멤버십 선예매 인증’ 버튼을 클릭한 후, 팬클럽 가입정보(FNC STORE 가입 이메일, FANTASY 8기 주문번호(‘-‘제외한 숫자 15자리))를 입력해야 인증이 가능합니다.

- Verification must be completed within the designated period to participate in the membership presale.

- Presale benefits are exclusively available to SF9 Official Fanclub [FANTASY] 8th Generation members.

- Verification is completed by clicking the “Membership Presale Verification” button on the booking page and entering your fan club membership information (the email registered in FNC STORE and your FANTASY 8th Term order number — 15 digits without “-”).

- If you complete membership verification on the Korean booking page, the membership presale will only be available on that page. If you complete verification on the global booking page, the membership presale is only available there.

- SF9 Official Fanclub [FANTASY] 8기 회원에 한하여 진행됩니다.

- 멜론티켓 ID 1개당 SF9 Official Fanclub [FANTASY] 8기 회원 계정 1개만 인증할 수 있으며, 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 인증이 완료된 팬클럽 정보는 수정, 취소, 재사용이 불가능하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴 시에도 재인증이 불가합니다. 인증 전, 팬클럽 가입 정보와 멜론티켓 회원 정보가 일치하는지 꼭 확인 바랍니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 그로 인한 타인의 팬클럽 인증에 대해 공연 주최, 주관사, 예매처는 책임지지 않으니, 회원 정보 관리를 철저히 부탁드립니다.

- 글로벌 페이지에서 팬클럽 인증을 완료하셨다면, 해당 페이지에서만 예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인 후, 선예매 진행 부탁드립니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매로 티켓을 구매한 회원도 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 완료하셨더라도 선예매 기간이 지나면 일반 예매만 가능하니, 인증 및 선예매 기간을 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 종료 후부터 일반 예매 시작 전까지는 취소를 제외한 모든 티켓 업무가 불가하니 참고 바랍니다.

- 무통장 입금 결제 방식으로 예매한 경우 예매한 당일 23:59 (KST)까지 입금이 완료되어야 예매가 완료되며, 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매한 티켓은 자동적으로 취소가 됩니다.

- Purchase Limit: 1 ticket per person per show

- Each Melon Ticket ID can be verified with only one SF9 Official Fanclub [FANTASY] 8th Generation account; duplicate verifications are not permitted.

- Once verified, fan club information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and re-verification is not possible even after withdrawing from Melon Ticket membership. Please ensure your fan club registration information matches your Melon Ticket account information before verification.

- The organizers, producers, and ticketing platform are not responsible for any membership information exposure resulting from personal negligence or unauthorized fan club verification by others. Please manage your membership information carefully.

- If you complete fan club verification on the global page, you can only purchase tickets through that page.

- Please confirm that your fan club verification is complete before proceeding with the presale.

- Members who purchased tickets during the fan club presale can make additional purchases within the limit during general sale.

- Even if you’ve completed fan club verification, only general sale will be available after the presale period ends, so please check the verification and presale periods carefully.

- All ticket services except cancellations will be unavailable from the end of the fan club presale until the start of the general sale.

- If you book using bank transfer payment, payment must be completed by 23:59 (KST) on the day of booking to finalize your reservation. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, your booked tickets will be automatically canceled.

- 일반예매 매수 제한 : 회차당 1인 2매 (선예매 매수 포함)

- 일반예매는 멤버십 선예매 후 잔여석에 한하여 진행되며, 멤버십 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.

- 글로벌 페이지에서 예매 시, 여권 이름과 동일한 이름으로 예매해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 글로벌 페이지에서 예매한 티켓은 현장수령만 가능하니 예매내역서, 신분증 지참 후 매표소를 방문해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 무통장 입금 결제 방식으로 예매한 경우 예매한 당일 23:59 (KST)까지 입금이 완료되어야 예매가 완료되며, 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매한 티켓은 자동적으로 취소가 됩니다.

- General Sale Purchase Limit: 2 tickets per person per show (including presale purchases)

- General sale will proceed for remaining seats after the membership presale ends, and may not be available if the membership presale sells out.

- When booking on the global page, please book under the same name as shown on your passport.

- Tickets purchased through the global page are only available for on-site pickup. Please bring your booking confirmation and identification when visiting the box office.

- If you book using bank transfer payment, payment must be completed by 23:59 (KST) on the day of booking to finalize your reservation. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, your booked tickets will be automatically canceled.

▌휠체어석 예매 안내

- 휠체어석 예매 일정 : 2026년 1월 16일(금) 9:00 (KST)부터 멜론티켓 고객센터 (1899-0042)를 통해 가능합니다. 

- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용이 가능하며, 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 본인 및 동반인 1인을 포함하여 회당 2매까지 예매 가능하며, 동반인도 반드시 예매해야 입장이 가능합니다

▌Accessible Seating Information

- Accessible Seating Schedule: Available starting January 16 (Fri), 2026, 9:00 (KST) through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042).

- Accessible seating areas provide open spaces without fixed seat and are reserved exclusively for audience members using wheelchairs. Even with a disability registration certificate (or welfare card), these seats cannot be used without a wheelchair.

- Accessible seating allows a maximum of 2 tickets per show, including one companion. Companions must also purchase a ticket for entry.
