〈팬클럽 선예매 사전 인증 안내〉

- PARK HYO SHIN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB SOULTREE (이하 SOULTREE) 회원은 본 공연 예매 페이지에서 정해진 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다.
반드시 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 사전 인증은 반드시 관람하실 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 ID로 로그인 해야 하며, SOULTREE에 가입한 이메일, 멤버십 ID가 일치해야 합니다. (대/소문자, 띄어쓰기 등 모두 일치해야 인증 가능)

- 멤버십 ID는 공식 팬클럽 가입 후 부여된 난수번호 형식의 멤버십 번호를 의미합니다. (‘-’하이픈을 제외한 알파벳과 아라비아 숫자로 이루어진 10자리 정보)

- 멤버십 ID는 박효신 공식 팬커뮤니티 PARKHYOSHIN.COM 내 [My 〉 Fanclub 〉 팬클럽 카드 뒷면]에서 확인 가능합니다.

- SOULTREE의 가입자명과 멜론티켓 예매자명, 실관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 ID 1개당, SOULTREE에 가입한 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 사전 인증 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다.

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.
※ 글로벌 페이지에서 인증 시, 여권 인증을 완료한 계정만 팬클럽 인증 및 티켓을 구매할 수 있습니다. 예매 전 여권 인증하여 본인 확인 절차를 완료해주시기 바랍니다.

- 선예매는 공연 관람 당일까지 멤버십 자격을 유지하고 있어야 유효합니다. 선예매 신청이 확정된 멤버십은 결제 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 선예매 인증 시 팬클럽 혜택 사용으로 간주되어 팬클럽 환불이 불가합니다.

〈Pre-Verification of Fanclub Pre-sale Information〉

- Members of the PARK HYO SHIN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB SOULTREE (hereinafter referred to as “SOULTREE”) must complete pre-verification of Fanclub within the designated period on the official ticket reservation page in order to participate in the pre-sale.
Please be sure to complete pre-verification of Fanclub within the specified period.

- Fanclub pre-verification of pre-sale must be completed by logging in with the Melon Ticket ID registered under the name of the actual attendee. The email address and membership ID used to join SOULTREE must exactly match. (Verification is only possible when all details match exactly, including uppercase/lowercase letters and spacing.)

- The membership ID refers to the randomly assigned membership number issued upon joining the official Fanclub (It consists of a 10-character combination of alphabets and numbers, excluding hyphens “-”.)

- The membership ID can be found on the back of the Fanclub card via PARKHYOSHIN.COM 〉 [My 〉 Fanclub 〉 Back of Fanclub Card].

- The registered name on SOULTREE, purchaser’s name on Melon Ticket, and actual attendee’s name must all match in order to attend the concert.

- Only one SOULTREE account can be verified per Melon Ticket ID registered under the attendee’s name. Duplicate verification is not permitted.

- Once pre-verification is completed, the verified membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused. Re-verification is not possible even if the Melon Ticket account is deleted.

- If Fanclub pre-verification is completed on the Korean reservation page, pre-sale access is only available on the Korean page. If completed on the global reservation page, pre-sale access is only available on the global page.
※ For global page verification, only accounts that have completed passport verification are eligible for Fanclub verification and ticket purchase. Please complete passport verification in advance to finish the identity verification process before ticket sales.

- Pre-Sale eligibility is valid only if membership status is maintained through the concert date.
Memberships used to confirm pre-sale eligibility are not eligible for payment cancellation or refunds.

- The organizer, promoter, and ticketing platform are not responsible for any issues arising from the exposure of membership information due to user negligence, or for cases where a third party receives Fanclub verification using exposed membership details. Please take care to manage your personal account information securely.

- Pre-Sale verification is considered usage of membership benefits; therefore, Fanclub membership refunds are not available after verification.

Members who join the MEMBERSHIP after Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM (KST) will only be eligible to participate in general ticket sales.
