- 멤버십 인증기간 동안 회원 인증을 하지 않을 경우 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반예매를 통해 티켓 예매가 가능합니다.

▌일반예매 안내

▶ 일반예매 오픈 일정

- 일반예매 매수 제한 : 회차당 1인 2매 (선예매 매수 포함).

- 본 공연은 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예매분은 일괄배송 방식으로 운영되오니 티켓 구매 전 배송 주소지가 정확한지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 일반예매는 멤버십 선예매 후 잔여석에 한하여 진행되며, 멤버십 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.

- 무통장 입금 결제 방식으로 예매한 경우, 예매한 당일 11:59 PM (KST)까지 입금이 완료되어야 예매가 완료되며, 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매한 티켓은 자동적으로 취소가 됩니다.

▌휠체어석 예매 안내

- 휠체어석 예매 일정 : 2026년 2월 10일 (화) 09:00 (KST)부터 멜론티켓 고객센터 (1899-0042)를 통해 가능합니다. 

- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용이 가능하며, 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 본인 및 동반인 1인을 포함하여 회당 2매까지 예매 가능하며, 동반인도 반드시 예매해야 입장이 가능합니다

FROMM Presale Verification Eligibility

Only members who maintain an active FROMM [Kim Hyeyoon] MEMBERSHIP as of February 2, 2026 (Mon) 5:59 PM (KST) are eligible for presale verification.

(*Membership status must be maintained through the day of the event.)

▶ Membership Presale Verification Schedule

February 4, 2026 (Wed) 2:00 PM – February 6, 2026 (Fri) 11:59 PM (KST)

- Tickets for this event can only be purchased after registering as a member on Melon Ticket.

- Presale verification is available only to those who have completed enrollment in the fromm [Kim Hyeyoon] MEMBERSHIP.

- If membership verification is not completed during the verification period, you will not be eligible for the presale. You may instead purchase tickets during the general sale that opens afterward.

- During the membership verification process, verification can be completed using your fromm [Kim Hyeyoon] MEMBERSHIP code and email address.

- Each Melon Ticket ID may verify only one fromm [Kim Hyeyoon] MEMBERSHIP account. Duplicate verification is not permitted.

- Once verification is completed, the membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused. Re-verification is also not possible if you withdraw your Melon Ticket membership. Before verifying, please ensure that your fan club registration details match your Melon Ticket account information.

- The event organizer, promoter, and ticketing platform are not responsible for any issues arising from the exposure of your verification information due to personal negligence, or for any third party using exposed information to complete membership verification. Please take care in managing your account information.

Membership Presale: February 6, 2026 (Fri) 8:00 PM – 11:59 PM (KST)

- Ticket Limit: 1 ticket per person per show

- The membership presale is available only to those who have completed enrollment in the fromm [Kim Hyeyoon] MEMBERSHIP.

- To participate in the membership presale, verification must be completed within the designated verification period.

▌General Sale Information

▶ General Sale Opens

February 9, 2026 (Mon) 8:00 PM (KST) –

- Ticket Limit: Up to 2 tickets per person per show (including any tickets purchased during the presale).

- To prevent congestion on the day of the event, tickets purchased during the initial sales period will be delivered via batch shipping. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

- The general sale will be conducted only for any remaining tickets after the membership presale. If the presale sells out, there may be no tickets available for the general sale.

- For reservations made using bank transfer, payment must be completed by 11:59 PM (KST) on the same day the reservation is made in order for the booking to be confirmed. If payment is not completed within this time frame, the reserved tickets will be automatically canceled.

▌Wheelchair Seating Reservation Information

- Wheelchair Seating Reservation Schedule: Reservations will be available starting Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM (KST) through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042).

- Wheelchair seating areas do not have fixed chairs and are available only to guests who use wheelchairs. Even if you hold a disability registration card (or welfare card), you may not use wheelchair seating unless you are using a wheelchair.

- Wheelchair seating may be reserved for up to two tickets per show, including the guest using the wheelchair and one companion. The companion must also have a ticket in order to enter.
