∙ 본 공연은 멜론티켓 회원가입 후에만 예매 가능합니다.

∙ 멤버십 선예매는 정해진 기간 동안 멜론티켓 예매 페이지에서 [FROMM ‘WENDY’ MEMBERSHIP] 인증을 완료한 분들만 가능합니다.

∙ 멜론티켓 ID 1개당 [FROMM ‘WENDY’ MEMBERSHIP] 계정 1개만 인증할 수 있으며, 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

∙ 인증이 완료된 팬클럽 정보는 수정, 취소, 재사용이 불가능하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴 시에도 재인증이 불가합니다. 인증 전, 멤버십 가입 정보와 멜론티켓 회원 정보가 일치하는지 꼭 확인 바랍니다.

∙ 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 그로 인한 타인의 멤버십 인증에 대해 공연 주최, 주관사, 예매처는 책임지지 않으니, 회원 정보 관리를 철저히 부탁드립니다.

∙ 글로벌 페이지에서 멤버십 인증을 완료하셨다면, 해당 페이지에서만 예매가 가능합니다.

∙ 멤버십 인증이 완료되었는지 확인 후, 선예매 진행 부탁드립니다.

∙ 멤버십 선예매로 티켓을 구매한 회원도 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

∙ 멤버십 인증을 완료하셨더라도 선예매 기간이 지나면 일반 예매만 가능하니, 인증 및 선예매 기간을 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다. 

∙ 멤버십 선예매 종료 후부터 일반 예매 시작 전까지는 취소를 제외한 모든 티켓 업무가 불가하니 참고 바랍니다.

일반 예매는 멤버십 선예매 마감 후 잔여석을 대상으로 진행되며, 멤버십 선예매 매진 시 예매가 불가할 수 있습니다.

※ 본 공연은 전석 지정좌석제로 운영되며, 공식 예매처인 멜론티켓에서만 예매가 가능합니다.

※ 본 공연은 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예매분은 일괄배송 방식으로 운영되오니 티켓 구매 전 배송 주소지가 정확한지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 휠체어석은 2026년 2월 10일 (화) 09시부터 멜론티켓 고객센터로 (1899-0042)를 통한 전화예매만 가능합니다.

∙ Each Melon Ticket ID can be verified with only one [FROMM ‘WENDY’ MEMBERSHIP] account; duplicate verifications are not permitted.

∙ Once verified, fan club information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and re-verification is not possible even after withdrawing from Melon Ticket membership. Please ensure your membership registration information matches your Melon Ticket account information before verification.

∙ The organizers, producers, and ticketing platforms are not responsible for membership information exposure resulting from personal negligence or membership verification by others using exposed information. Please manage your membership information carefully.

∙ If you complete membership verification on the global page, you can only purchase tickets through that page.

∙ Please confirm that your membership verification is complete before proceeding with the presale.

∙ Members who purchased tickets during the membership presale can make additional purchases within the limit during the general sale.

※ This performance operates with assigned seating throughout the venue, and tickets are only available through the official ticketing platform, Melon Ticket.

※ To prevent congestion on the day of the performance, initial ticket orders will proceed via bulk delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before purchasing tickets.

※ Accessible seating is available starting February 10 (Tue), 2026, 09:00 exclusively through phone reservations via Melon Ticket Customer Center (Operating Hours: Weekdays/Weekends 09:00-18:00)

※ All issued tickets, including those delivered by mail, cannot be reissued, canceled, or refunded in case of loss or damage, and entry is not possible without a ticket. Please take extra care in storing your tickets.

※ Tickets purchased or obtained through channels other than the official ticketing platform cannot be canceled or refunded. All issues and responsibilities arising from such purchases rest entirely with the individual parties involved, and the organizers, producers, and ticketing platforms bear no responsibility for these matters.
