[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 휠체어석 일반예매 오픈 : 2026년 10월 02일(금) 오전 10시 (KST) ~

> 휠체어석은 본인 및 동반인 1인을 포함하여 회차 당 2매까지 예매 가능하며, 동반인도 티켓 예매 후 입장 가능합니다.

> 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능합니다 ※ 고객센터 운영 시간: 9:00AM ~ 6:00PM (KST)

> 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다

> 휠체어석 티켓은 공연 당일 현장에서 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다. 티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인 등록증 (또는 복지카드)을 반드시 지참해야 하며, 미지참 혹은 본인이 아닐 경우 티켓 수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다

> 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능한 좌석이며, 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용 불가합니다.

[티켓 예매 유의사항]

- 2026 차학연 팬미팅 [ATTENDANCE! A!CHAHAKYEON]의 공식 지정된 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통한 개인 간의 직거래, 예매대행, 티켓 위조 등의 위법행위는 엄격히 금지하고 있습니다. 불법거래 혹은 비정상적인 방법을 통한 예매 시도 등 부정한 방법을 통한 예매 건 혹은 이에 준하는 부정한 이용으로 확인되는 경우 해당 예매 건은 사전 통보 없이 예매 취소 처리될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 티켓의 환불은 불가하오니 각별히 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 불법적인 거래로 인한 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며, 공연 주최/주관사와 예매처는 그 어떠한 책임을 지지 않으며 피해 보상 또한 불가하오니 이에 따른 피해가 없도록 자발적인 협조 부탁드립니다.

> Tickets may be canceled, changed, or refunded only through the ticketing vendor where they were booked. Changes and refunds are not possible after the booking/cancellation deadline or on the day of the performance.

> Unless otherwise announced, other detailed booking and cancellation rules follow the policies of the respective ticketing vendor.

[Wheelchair Seating Sale Information]

- Wheelchair seating sale opens: Friday, October 2, 2026, 10:00 AM (KST) ~

> Up to 2 wheelchair seating tickets may be booked per performance, including the wheelchair user and one companion. The companion must also book a ticket to enter.

> Wheelchair seating can be booked only by phone through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042). ※ Customer Center hours: 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM (KST)

> Wheelchair seating can be booked only if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card is that of the purchaser. Otherwise, neither the purchaser nor their one accompanying guardian will be admitted.

> Wheelchair seating tickets can be collected on-site on the day of the performance after identity verification. To collect the ticket, the purchaser must bring their physical ID and disability registration card (or welfare card). If these are not presented, or if the person is not the purchaser, the ticket cannot be collected and the wheelchair seating cannot be used.

> Wheelchair seating is a space without chairs, available only to audience members who use a wheelchair. Audience members who do not use a wheelchair cannot use these seats, even if they hold a disability registration card (or welfare card).

[Ticket Booking Guidelines]

- Illegal activities such as direct person-to-person transactions through channels other than the official ticketing vendor of 2026 CHA HAKYEON FAN MEETING [ATTENDANCE! A!CHAHAKYEON], proxy booking, and ticket forgery are strictly prohibited. Any booking confirmed to have been made by fraudulent means, including illegal transactions or attempts to book through abnormal methods, or any equivalent fraudulent use, may be canceled without prior notice. In such cases, tickets are non-refundable, so please take special care.

- Responsibility for any damages resulting from illegal transactions lies entirely with the parties involved. The organizer/promoter and the ticketing vendor bear no responsibility whatsoever and cannot provide compensation, so we ask for your voluntary cooperation to prevent any such damages.
