[팬클럽 선예매 안내] 

- 팬클럽 선예매는 정해진 기간 내 예매 페이지를 통해 [hrtz.wav 1st OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP hrtz.on] 인증 완료된 분들에 한하여 예매 가능합니다.

- 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 아이디(ID) 1개당 [hrtz.wav 1st OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP hrtz.on]을 가입한 Plus Chat 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 멜론티켓 회원 정보의 본인 이름과 Plus Chat 팬클럽 부가정보에 입력하신 이름이 일치해야 선예매 인증이 가능합니다.

- 인증을 완료한 팬클럽 정보는 수정/취소/재사용이 불가하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴 후 재가입을 하더라도 같은 정보로 재인증이 불가합니다. 인증 전, 팬클럽 가입 정보와 멜론티켓 회원 정보가 일치하는지 반드시 확인 부탁드립니다. 

- 반드시 팬클럽 선예매 이전에 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인하신 후, 예매 진행하시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 멜론티켓 글로벌 페이지에서 진행하신 경우, 글로벌 페이지에서만 팬클럽 선예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 종료 후부터 일반 예매 시작 전까지는 취소를 제외한 예매 및 수정 등 일체 티켓 업무가 불가능하오니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[장애인석(휠체어석) 예매 안내]

- 장애인석(휠체어석)은 티켓 오픈 당일 오전 10시부터 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능합니다. 글로벌 관객의 경우 멜론티켓 1:1 문의를 통해 예매 가능합니다.

* 10월 27일 (화) 팬클럽 선예매 / 10월 28일 (수) 일반 예매 티켓 오픈 당일 10:00 ~ 18:00 (KST)

* 10월 29일 (목) 부터 10:00 ~ (KST)

- 본 공연의 장애인석(휠체어석)은 장애인 등록증(또는 복지 카드)상의 이름이 ’예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며 회차별 1인 1매(팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)까지 예매 가능합니다.

- 단, 장애인석(휠체어석) 예매자에 한하여 동반인의 멜론티켓 아이디를 제시할 경우, 동반인석 1매까지 함께 예매가 가능합니다. 이 경우, 예매자와 동반인 각자의 멜론티켓 아이디로 예매가 진행될 예정이므로, 예매자와 동반인 모두 개별 아이디를 사전 생성하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[예매 시 주의사항]

- 본 공연은 멜론티켓 사이트에 회원가입이 되어 있어야 예매 가능합니다.

- 본 공연은 전석 지정 좌석제입니다. 

- 아이디(ID)가 여러 개인 경우, 본인 인증받은 모든 아이디를 합산하여 예매 매수 제한이 적용됩니다.

- 무통장 입금 기한은 예매일 기준 3일 이내, 입금 마감 시간 23:59:59(KST)까지로 제한됩니다. (단, 은행별 입금 마감 시간이 상이하오니 반드시 사전 확인하시어 불이익이 없으시길 바랍니다.) 

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 방지하기 위해 초기 예매 분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영됩니다.

- 티켓의 변경/취소/환불은 정해진 기간 내에 공식 예매처(멜론티켓)에서 규정에 의해 처리되며, 공연 당일 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다.

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 매진 여부에 따라 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.

- 현장 판매는 예매 마감 후 잔여석에 한하여 진행될 예정입니다.

- 신분 도용 및 티켓 오수령 등 부정 거래로 악용될 상황을 방지하기 위해 예매자 본인 혹은 가족관계증명서를 통해 예매자와의 관계를 입증할 수 있는 가족 구성원에 한하여 현장 수령이 가능합니다. 그 외 타인의 대리 수령은 불가합니다. 티켓 수령과 관련한 자세한 내용은 예매 페이지를 참고 바랍니다.

[Ticket Purchase Limit] 

- Fan Club Pre-sale : 1 ticket per person for each show

- General Sale : 2 tickets per person for each show (including tickets from the fan club pre-sale)

- Wheelchair-accessible Seat Sale

• Fanclub Pre-Sale : 1 ticket per person for each show 

• General Reservation : 1 ticket per person for each show (Includes fanclub pre-sale tickets)

(However, for wheelchair-accessible seat reservations, an additional seat for an accompanying person may be reserved if you can provide the accompanying person’s Melon Ticket ID.)

[Fanclub Pre-sale Information] 

- The Fanclub Pre-sale is only available to those who have completed the [hrtz.wav 1st OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP hrtz.on] authentication on the pre-sale page within the designated period.

- You can verify only 1 Plus Chat account that joined [hrtz.wav 1st OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP hrtz.on] for 1 Melon Ticket ID under your name and multiple verifications are not permitted.

- Pre-sale authentication is only possible if the name on your Melon Ticket membership information page matches the name you entered on the Plus Chat fanclub additional information page.

- Once authentication is completed, you cannot edit/cancel/reuse the same fanclub information. Even if you delete your Melon Ticket account and create a new one, you will not be able to reuse the same fanclub information again. Please make sure your fanclub membership information matches your Melon Ticket account information.

- Please make sure your fanclub authentication is completed before the Fanclub Pre-sale begins, and only proceed with the ticket reservation after confirming it.

- If you completed your fanclub authentication through the Melon Ticket Global page, you may only participate in the Fanclub Pre-sale via the Global reservation page.

- Please note that all ticket-related actions, including reservations and modifications (except cancellations), will be unavailable from the end of the fanclub pre-sale period until the start of the general sale.

[Wheelchair-accessible Seat Reservation Information]

- Wheelchair-accessible Seats can only be reserved via phone starting at 10:00 AM on the ticket opening day through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042). Global customers can reserve through the Melon Ticket 1:1 Inquiry channel.

* October 27 (Tue) Fanclub Pre-sale / October 28 (Wed) General Sale ticket open date 10:00 ~ 18:00 (KST) 

* From October 29 (Thu) 10:00 ~ (KST)

- Wheelchair-accessible Seats for this concert can only be reserved if the name on the Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) matches 'the person who made the reservation.' Each person is limited to one ticket per show (including any tickets purchased during the Fanclub Pre-sale).

- However, 1 companion seat may be reserved at the same time by providing the companion’s Melon Ticket ID for Wheelchair-accessible Seat ticket holders only. In this case, the reservation will be processed separately under the ticket holder and the companion’s Melon Ticket IDs, so please ensure that both the ticket holder and the companion create their own IDs in advance.

[Reservation Guidelines]

- Reservations for this concert are available only to registered members of Melon Ticket website.

- All seats for this performance are reserved.

- If you have multiple Melon Ticket IDs, the ticket purchase limit will apply collectively across all verified IDs.

- Payment by bank transfer must be completed within three days of the booking date, no later than 23:59:59 (KST). (Please note that deposit deadlines may vary by bank, so be sure to check them in advance to avoid any disadvantage.) 

- To prevent congestion on the concert day, early ticket reservations will be handled through batch shipping, and some Standing section tickets and global reservations will be handed out on-site.

- Ticket modifications/cancellations/refunds can only be processed within the designated period through the official reservation site (Melon Ticket) according to their policies. Please note that modifications, refunds cannot be made on the day of the concert.

- General sales will open for the remaining seats after the fanclub pre-sale, and there may be no remaining seats depending on whether the fanclub pre-sales sell out or not.

- On-site ticket sales will only be available for any remaining seats after advance reservations have closed.

- To prevent instances that may lead to illicit transactions such as identity theft or ticket misplacement, on-site ticket claims are only available for the person who made the reservation or a family member in possession of a family relation certificate proving their relationship to the person who made the reservation. Proxy pick-up by any other third party will not be permitted. Please refer to the reservation page for details about claiming your ticket.

All liability for any resulting damage lies solely with the buyer. The concert’s host/organizer and official ticketing site of this concert will not provide any compensation for issues arising from purchases made outside the official channel.
