- 팬클럽 선예매는 세븐틴 공식 팬클럽 캐럿 3기 유료 회원에 한해 예매하실 수 있습니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 별다른 인증 절차 없이 세븐틴 공식 팬클럽 캐럿 3기 가입 시 사용했던 멜론 티켓 아이디로 로그인 후 예매하실 수 있습니다.

▶일반 예매 안내 사항

- 일반 예매는 2018년 5월 19일(토) 오후 12시부터 관람일 1일 전 오후 5시까지 진행됩니다.

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 후 잔여 수량에 한하여 진행됩니다.

▶공통 안내 사항

- 예매 완료 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 티켓은 자동적으로 취소됩니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매와 일반 예매를 합산하여 회차 당 1인 1매 예매 가능합니다.

- 티켓은 예매한 일자와 회차에 맞는 시간에만 이용 가능합니다.

- 티켓의 당일 현장 판매는 진행되지 않습니다.

- 내부 사정에 따른 티켓 추가 오픈이 진행될 수 있습니다.

- 티켓 분실 시에는 재발권이 되지 않으며, 티켓이 없을 경우 입장이 불가하니 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 티켓 구매는 취소/환불이 불가능하며, 이로 인한 문제 발생 시 주최/주관사와 예매처는 책임지지 않습니다.

- 티켓은 관람 당일 예매하신 회차의 입장 시간 1시간 전부터 수령 가능합니다.

▶관람 시 유의사항

- 본 전시는 사진 촬영은 가능하나 동영상 촬영은 금지됩니다.

- 동영상 촬영 적발 시 데이터 삭제 및 퇴장 조치가 이루어질 수 있습니다.

- 전시된 모든 작품을 만지거나 훼손하지 않도록 주의 부탁드립니다.

- 작품 훼손 방지를 위하여 전시장 내 음식물 반입을 금지합니다. (단, 뚜껑이 있는 플라스틱 물병은 반입 가능)

- 전시회 관람객을 위한 별도 주차 공간이 준비되어 있지 않습니다. 대중교통 이용을 권장 드립니다.

- 전시장 주변에 별도로 마련된 대기 공간이 없어 당일 혼잡이 예상되오니, 티켓 수령 시간에 맞춰 전시장에 도착해 주시기 바랍니다.

SEVENTEEN’s third anniversary exhibition, ‘17’S CUT – The shining moments of SEVENTEEN and CARAT for the past 3 years’ will run for 9 days from May 26 to June 3, 2018.

- Time: AM 10:00 ~ PM 08:50 / Every hourly batch will enter on a fixed schedule and exit after 50 minutes.

▶Fan Club Member Pre-order 

- Only the members of SEVENTEEN official fan club 3rd ‘CARAT’ can purchase the pre-order tickets.

- Fan Club Member Pre-order will not require further verification process. The members may purchase the ticket by signing in with Melon Ticket account used during signing up for SEVENTEEN Official Fan Club 3rd ‘CARAT’.

▶General Order

- General Order will run from: PM 12:00 on May 19 (Sat) to PM 5:00 on a day before your visit

- General Order will be opened based on the remaining availability from Fan Club Member Pre-Order.

▶General Information

- If the payment is not made within a given time, the reserved ticket will automatically be cancelled.

- There is a ticket purchase limitation of 1 ticket per head for every batch, including both Fan Club Member Pre-order and General Order.

- Your purchased ticket is only available for the scheduled date and batch.

- There will be no ticket selling on the spot.

- There might be additional tickets to be opened depending on the internal condition.

- Ticket will not be reissued for any reason including being lost. Please be reminded that any audience without the ticket will not be admitted in the venue. Please take care in keeping your ticket.

- Tickets purchased not through official process is not subjected to cancellation or refund. In case of any problem arises from purchasing it from unauthorized party, the host/ organizer is not responsible for it.

- Please take note of the cancellation / refund policy in Melon Ticket if you wish to cancel or receive a refund for the purchase ticket.

▶ Ticket Claim

- All tickets for this exhibition will be claimed on the spot

- Ticket claim will be done upon matching the reservation details with the identification card on the spot of the exhibition day.

- If the reservation detail doesn’t match with the one who claims the ticket based on the identification card, the ticket cannot be issued or claimed.

- Please prepare reservation detail in printed copy or Melon Ticket application screen in advance.

- Tickets will be available for claiming one hour prior to the entrance.

Ex) Batch 3 audience may start claiming ticket from AM 11:00

▶General guideline for exhibition

- This exhibition only allows picture taking, but video recording is strictly prohibited.

- If video recording is caught, the data will be deleted and he or she will be asked to leave.

- Please be careful to not touch the exhibition to avoid any damage on exhibition.

- To avoid any damage on exhibition, food and drinks are not allowed inside. (Plastic bottle with lid is allowed.)

- There is no parking lot reserved for the audience. We advise you to take public transportation.

- As there will be no waiting lounge around the venue, it is expected to be highly crowded. Please make sure to be in the venue on time for ticket claim.
