▹ Lovelyz 공식팬클럽 국내 페이지 가입자는 2019 LOVELYZ CONCERT〈ALWAYZ 2〉국내 페이지에서만 예매하실 수 있습니다.

▹ 팬클럽 선예매는 회당 1인 1매 예매 가능하며, 3회 공연 모두 예매할 수 있습니다.

▹ 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반예매 시 매수제한 내에서 추가로 구매 가능합니다.

▹ 예매완료 이후 정해진 기간 내에 결제완료를 하지 않으면 티켓은 자동적으로 취소됩니다.

[일반예매 안내]

▹ 일반예매 : 2019년 7월 3일(수) 20:00 ~

▹ 회당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

▹ 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반예매 시에 회당 1매씩 추가로 구매 가능합니다.

▹ 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진이 될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 구매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수도 있습니다.

[티켓구매 유의사항]

▹ 무통장입금으로 예매하신 경우, 예매 완료 후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 예매는 자동 취소됩니다.

▹ 예매처를 통한 정식 구매 절차를 거치지 않은 티켓은 취소, 환불이 불가합니다.

▹ 티켓의 변경/취소/환불은 정해진 기간 내에 예매하신 해당 예매처에서만 가능하며, 공연 당일 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다.

▹ 티켓 분실, 도난, 파손 등 어떠한 경우에도 재발권 및 입장, 취소/환불이 불가능하니 티켓 보관에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

[Guidance to Pre-Advance Purchase for Fan Club]

▹ Period of Pre-Advance Purchase for Fan Club: July 1st(Mon.) 2019: 20:00 ~ 23:59 

▹ The pre-advance purchase for fan club is only allowed for the 4th LOVELINUS as the OFFICIAL FANCLUB of Lovelyz.

▹ The pre-advance purchase for fan club could be done simply by logging in with the Melon Ticket ID used when joining the Lovelyz’s official fan club without special authentication processes. 

▹ The domestic page members of Lovelyz’s official fan club can make the advance purchase only from the domestic page of 2019 LOVELYZ CONCERT〈ALWAYZ 2〉. 

▹ The global page members of Lovelyz’s official fan club can make the advance purchase only from the global page of 2019 LOVELYZ CONCERT〈ALWAYZ 2〉.

▹ In case of pre-advance purchase for fan club, each member can purchase a ticket for each time, and all the three times of performances could be purchased in advance.

▹ The members who have purchased the ticket through the pre-advance purchase for fan club, can make additional purchase within the limitation of ticket quantity in the general advance purchase.

▹ If the payment is not completed within the fixed period after the completion of advance purchase, the ticket is automatically cancelled.

[Guidance to General Advance Purchase]

▹ General Advance Purchase: July 3rd(Wed.) 2019: 20:00 ~

▹ Each person can purchase two tickets for each time(The ticket quantity purchased in advance for fan club is included.).

▹ The purchasers of pre-advance purchase tickets for fan club can additionally purchase one more ticket per time in case of general advance purchase. 

▹ The general advance purchase is limited to the remained seats after the pre-advance purchase for fan club. In case when the tickets are sold out through the pre-advance purchase for fan club, there might be no seats left for the general advance purchase.

[Cautions for Ticket Purchase]

▹ In case of purchasing through a deposit without a bankbook, if the deposit is not made within the fixed period after the completion of advance purchase, the advance purchase is automatically cancelled. 

▹ The tickets that have not gone through the formal purchase procedures through the purchase site cannot be cancelled/refunded.

▹ The change/cancellation/refund of tickets could be done only in the relevant purchase site used within the fixed period. The tickets cannot be changed/refunded on the day of performance.

▹ Please be careful not to lose/damage your ticket as the reissuance & entrance, and cancellation/refund are not allowed in any cases like loss, robbery, and damage of tickets.

[チケット購買の留意事項]

▹ 無通帳入金で前売りされた場合、前売り完了後、定められた期間内に入金がなければ前売りは自動キャンセルになります。

▹ 前売り券取り扱い販売店を通じた正式購買手順を踏まなかったチケットはキャンセル、払い戻しが不可です。

▹ チケットの変更/キャンセル/払い戻しは定められた期間内に前売りされた当該前売り券取り扱い販売店のみで可能であり、公演当日変更   および払い戻しが不可です。

[普通预售指南]

▹ 普通预售：2019年7月3日(星期三) 20:00 ~

▹ 每场每人可预订2张票。(包括粉丝俱乐部预购数)

▹ 购买粉丝俱乐部预售门票者，在进行普通预售时，每场可追加购买1张。

▹ 普通预售只限于粉丝俱乐部预售后剩余座位进行，如果粉丝俱乐部预售时售罄，普通预售时可能没有可以购买的座位。

[购票注意事项]

▹ 以无存折汇款方式预定的，预售结束后如未在规定期限内汇款，预售将自动取消。

▹ 未通过预售处的正式购买程序的门票不能取消或退款。

▹ 门票的变更/取消/退款只能在规定时间内在预订的相应售票处进行，演出当天不得变更或退款。

▹ 门票丢失、被盗、破损等任何情况下均无法补发及入场、取消/退款，请注意保管门票。
