- V FANSHIP 선예매는 2019년 9월 27일(금) 오후 8시부터 오후 11시 59분까지(KST) 3시간 59분 동안 진행됩니다.

- V FANSHIP 선예매는 LEE DONG WOOK FANSHIP 1ST 회원 중 V FANSHIP을 통해 9월 22일(일)까지 티켓사 정보 제공 동의 및 멜론티켓에서 공식회원 인증이 완료된 분들에 한해 선예매 티켓을 구매할 수 있습니다. (1인 1매 구매 제한)

- V FANSHIP 선예매 기간 내 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선예매가 불가하며,

이후 오픈 되는 일반예매로 예매 가능 하오니, 꼭 기간 내 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- V FANSHIP 회원인증 방법에 관하여 아래 안내사항을 잘 확인하시어 선예매 진행에 불이익이 없으시길 바랍니다.

- 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

- 예매완료 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 티켓은 자동 취소됩니다.

1) PC(웹), 모바일에서 하단의 링크를 이용하여 ‘멜론티켓’ 접속 후 로그인 진행(사전에 ‘멜론티켓’ 회원가입 완료 부탁드립니다.)

2) 로그인 완료 후 [팬십 인증하기] 클릭

3) LEE DONG WOOK FANSHIP 1ST 가입시 기재한 이름/ V LIVE앱 넘버 입력(가입 당시 기재한 양식으로 정확히 기입하여 주세요. 틀린 경우 인증이 불가능합니다.).

Ex) 이름 : 이동욱 / V LIVE앱 넘버 : V00000

4) 인증완료

- 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

- 하나의 멜론티켓 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능하며, 

아이디 가입자명과 V FANSHIP 가입자명이 동일해야만 인증이 가능합니다.

- 이미 로그인(자동 로그인)되어 있는 아이디로 인증 실시 후 다른 아이디로 예매하는 경우가 발생하지 않도록 유의하시기 바랍니다. 

- 글로벌페이지 인증 완료 시 글로벌페이지에서 구매 가능하며, 국내페이지에서는 추가 인증 및 구매가 불가합니다.

- 선예매 전 [팬십 인증하기] 버튼을 클릭하여 V FANSHIP 인증이 완료되었는지 확인 후 예매 진행 부탁드립니다.

[일반예매 안내사항]

- 일반예매는 2019년 10월 1일(화) 오후 8시부터 진행됩니다.

- 일반예매는 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. (V FANSHIP 선예매 매수 포함)

- V FANSHIP 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들도 일반예매 시에 1매 추가로 구매 가능합니다. 

- 일반예매는 V FANSHIP 선예매 후 잔여석에 한하여 진행됩니다.

[공통 안내사항]

- 공연 당일 매표소는 공연시작 3시간 전부터 공연시작 30분 후까지 운영됩니다.

- 예매티켓 현장 수령 시 예매자 본인만 수령 가능하시며, 본인 확인이 가능한 실물 신분증과 예매내역서를 반드시 지참하시기 바랍니다. 지참하신 신분증과 멜론티켓 예매내역서의 정보(예매자 이름)가 일치해야 티켓 수령이 가능하오니 사전 확인 부탁드립니다. 타인 명의의 티켓 대리 수령은 불가합니다.

  * 본인 확인이 가능한 실물 신분증이란?

   본인 사진이 부착된 주민등록증, 학생증, 여권, 운전면허증 등.

   학생증에 생년월일이 나와 있지 않은 경우, 학생증과 함께 등본 또는 의료보험증으로 추가 확인이 필요합니다.

(단, 초등학생의 경우 등본 또는 의료보험증만으로 확인 가능)

  * 예매내역서는 프린트 또는 모바일 페이지로 확인하실 수 있습니다

- 공연 당일 매표소 혼잡을 막기 위하여 초기 예매분은 일괄 배송 방식으로만 운영합니다. 티켓 예매 전 티켓 배송지 주소가 정확한지 재차 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. (국내에 한함)

- 티켓 분실 시에는 재발권이 되지 않으며,

티켓이 없을 경우 입장이 불가하니 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 티켓 구매는 취소/환불이 불가능하며, 

이로 인한 문제 발생 시 주최/주관사와 예매처는 책임지지 않습니다.

- 티켓의 취소 및 환불 시에는 멜론티켓의 취소/환불에 관련된 규정을 숙지하시고 진행하시기 바랍니다.

[Pre-ticket sales for the V FANSHIP]

- Available : 2019.Sep.27(Fri) PM 08:00 ~ 11:59 (KST)

- Only member who belongs to ‘LEE DONG WOOK FANSHIP 1ST’ and has an authorized ID, signed until 2019.Sep.22(Sun) by using V FANSHIP with the agreement of providing ticket’s related information to the MELON TICKET will be entitled to purchase pre-ticket sales. (1 ticket for one person only)

- Pre-ticket will not be able to purchase who has not singed completely until 22nd of Sept by using V FANSHIP, so please complete your authorization procedures until that day.

- Please read carefully for the below guideline of using V FANSHIP’s authorization to proceed, so that you will not have any disadvantage for it.

- For whom may bought a ticket used by V FANSHIP could also purchase more tickets in general ticket sales period with limited quantity (2 tickets per person including Pre-ticket)

- The tickets will be cancelled automatically if you are not remit your money within due time after reservation.

1) Please register and log in to MELON TICKET first through your PC / Cell phone using below link

2) Please click [Authorization for the FANSHIP]

3) Please put your name / V LIVE app number of LEE DONG WOOK FANSHIP 1ST (It has to be same name / V LIVE app number when you registered to LEE DONG WOOK FANSHIP 1st)

Ex) Name: LEE DONG WOOK / V LIVE app number: V00000 

4) Completion of authorization

- It will be not necessary to do it again if you are completely finished your authorization process.

- Name on ID and registered name on V FANSHIP should be same for the authorization, and also it can be done only 1 time for each ID.

- Please be careful that you do not reserve your ticket with unauthorized ID which might be logged in already.

- If you are completed your authorization process on the global web site, you can only be purchase the ticket on the global web site and cannot be purchased additional tickets on Korean web site.

- Please check whether you have completely finished your authorization process or not by clicking [FANSHIP authorization] before you purchase the ticket.

- For any error arising in regard of purchasing tickets, please contact the MELON TICKET CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER (1899-0042, Weekdays/Weekend 09:00-18:00), 1:1 Inquiry.

 [General Sale Tickets]

- Available period for the General Sale Tickets: 2019.Oct.1(Tue) PM 8:00  (KST).

- Ticket limit: 2 tickets per person during the General Sale (Including Pre-ticket) 

- If you have purchased 1 ticket already during the Pre-sale period, you may still purchase one more ticket during the General sale period. 

- General sale will be opened based on tickets remaining after Pre-ticket sale of V FANSHIP.

 [For every audience]

- Ticket booth will be open 3 hours prior to the performance and remain 30 minutes after the beginning of the show on the day of event. 

- Please bring the purchaser’s ID and reservation number (reservation confirmation) with you to receive tickets on the day of the event. The name on ID has to be same with the booking information on MELON TICKET and other person cannot be received.

What is ID card for us?

Student ID, Driver’s license, Passport or Certification of alien registration with attached photo of you.

(Student ID with no birth has to be proved with copy of resident registration or medical insurance card. For the elementary students, they are able to bring copy of resident registration or medical insurance card only.)

* You can print and check your booking receipt on the website by PC / Cell phone.

- Only the first sales tickets will be delivered to the buyer to prevent congestion in booth. Please check your address and other delivery details before the reservation. (Only for the KOREA) 

- Tickets will not be reissued for ANY reason. Please do not lose your ticket and make sure that your delivery address is correct. 

- We (Agency, Production, Sales Company) will not be responsible for any problem or issue arising for the tickets bought from any unauthorized sources.

- Exchanges, cancellations or refunds are only permitted at the ticket site. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the site you purchased the ticket on.
