[티켓오픈일정]

▶공식팬클럽 선예매(회당 1인 1매 예매 가능)

- 팬클럽 인증기간 : 2019년 12월 30일(월) 오후 2시 ~ 2020년 1월 3일(금) 오후 11시 59분(KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매 : 2020년 1월 3일(금) 오후 8시 ~ 오후 11시 59분(KST)

▶일반예매 : 2020년 1월 6일(월) 오후 8시(KST)(회당 1인 2매 예매 가능,팬클럽 선예매 매수포함)

[팬클럽 선예매 안내사항]

- 팬클럽 선예매는 2020년 1월 3일(금) 오후 8시부터 오후 11시 59분까지(KST) 3시간 59분 동안 진행됩니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 우주소녀 공식팬클럽 우정(UJUNG) 3기 유료 회원에 한해서 티켓 구매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 멜론티켓 사이트를 통해서 우주소녀 공식팬클럽 우정(UJUNG) 3기 인증이 완료된 분들에 한해 구매가 가능합니다. (회당 1인 1매 예매 가능)

- 팬클럽 인증 진행 시 멜론티켓 ID 회원정보와 팬클럽 인증자의 이름이 상이하여도 인증이 가능합니다.

단,예매되는 티켓에는 멜론티켓 ID의 회원정보로 출력이 되는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 진행 전 반드시 ‘팬클럽 인증’을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

팬클럽 인증을 하지 않았을 경우 선예매 진행은 불가하며, 이후 오픈 되는 일반예매로 예매 가능하오니, 꼭 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 회원인증 방법에 관하여 아래 안내사항을 잘 확인하시어 팬클럽 선예매 진행에 불이익이 없으시길 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

- 예매완료 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 티켓은 자동 취소됩니다.

[팬클럽 회원 인증방법]

▶ 우주소녀공식팬클럽 ‘우정(UJUNG)’ 3기 공식 팬클럽 인증 기간 

2019년 12월 30일(월) 오후 2시 ~ 2020년 1월 3일(금) 오후 11시 59분(KST)

1) PC(웹), 모바일에서‘멜론티켓’ 접속 후 로그인 진행

(사전에 ‘멜론티켓’ 회원가입 완료 부탁드립니다.)

2) 로그인 완료 후 ‘팬클럽회원 인증하기’클릭

3) 우주소녀 공식팬클럽 우정(UJUNG) 3기 가입시 기재한 본인이름/FANSHIP 번호 (V+숫자, 영문조합)입력

Ex) 이름: 우주소녀 / V201602L25

※ 팬클럽 인증에 필요한 정보는 우주소녀 공식 팬클럽 ‘우정(UJUNG)’ 3기 가입을 진행한 VLIVE FANSHIP 접속하여 확인이 가능합니다.(PC, 모바일 가능)

PC: VLIVE접속>우측상단 마이페이지>마이 팬십 / 모바일: 하단 우측 My>마이팬십

※ 해외 가입자의 경우, [MY>프로필설정]에 접속하여 별도로 “본명(여권상의 본명(영문),생년월일” 작성 후,하단 ‘저장’ 버튼을 클릭해주시기 바랍니다. (팬클럽 인증 시 영문/국문으로만 가능)

4) 인증완료

- 팬클럽회원 인증은 PC(웹), 모바일에서 가능합니다.

- 한번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

- 하나의 멜론티켓 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능하며,

멜론티켓 아이디 회원정보와 팬클럽 성함이 상이하여도 인증이 가능합니다.

- 이미 로그인(자동 로그인) 되어 있는 아이디로 인증 실시 후 다른 아이디로 예매하는 경우가 발생하지 않도록 유의하시기 바랍니다. 

- 글로벌페이지 인증 완료 시 글로벌페이지에서 구매 가능하며, 국내 페이지에서는 추가 인증 및 구매가 불가합니다.

- 선예매 전 [팬클럽회원 인증하기] 버튼을 클릭하여 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인 후 예매진행 부탁드립니다.

- 정확한 팬클럽 회원정보 기입 후에도 인증오류가 날 경우에는 멜론티켓고객센터(1899-0042)로 문의 바랍니다. 

[일반 예매 안내사항]

- 일반예매는2020년 1월 6일(월) 오후 8시부터 진행됩니다. (회당 1인 2매 구매 제한)

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며,

  팬클럽 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반예매 시 회당 1인 1매 추가 구매 가능합니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내사항]

- 휠체어석 예매는 2020년 1월 7일(화) 오전 9시부터 멜론티켓 고객센터를 통해서만 문의 및 예매 가능 하오니, 예매시 참고 하시기 바랍니다. (멜론티켓 고객센터 1899-0042 운영시간 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시)

[티켓 분실 관련 안내사항]

- 배송된 티켓은 분실 시 재발권이 불가하니 티켓보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

본인이 받을 수 있는 직장/자택으로 배송지를 설정하시고 부득이하게 본인이 받지 못할 경우에는

택배원과 대리인에게 신중한 수령과 티켓 보관 요청을 하시기 바랍니다.

- 예매자 본인이라도 실물 티켓 이외에 예매확인증, 입금증, 카드명세서 등을 통한 입장 및 티켓 재발권은 절대 불가합니다.

[티켓배송 및 취소 안내]

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예매분은 일괄배송 됩니다.

- 2020년 2월 4일(화)까지 예매를 완료한 예매자에 한하여 2020년 2월 5일(수) 일괄배송으로만 진행되며,

이후 예매하시는 분들에 한해 현장 수령이 가능합니다.

- 티켓이 배송된 이후에는 인터넷 취소가 불가하며,

배송 받으신 실물 티켓을 멜론티켓 본사로 반송, 접수가 완료된 이후에 취소가 가능합니다. 

- 취소 및 반송 문의는 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 이용하시기 바랍니다.

- 예매 마감 이후, 공연 당일에는 모든 티켓의 취소 및 환불이 불가하니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- 티켓의 취소 및 환불 시에는 멜론티켓의 취소/환불과 관련된 규정을 숙지하시고 진행하시기 바랍니다.

[공통 안내사항]

- 공연 당일 매표소 운영은 공연 시작 2시간 30분 전부터 공연 시작 30분 후까지운영됩니다.

- 티켓수령시에는 본인 확인이 가능한 신분증과 예매내역(모바일어플 내 예매내역 포함)을 꼭 지참해주셔야 합니다.

  * 본인 확인이 가능한 신분증이란? 

   - 본인 사진이 부착된 주민등록증, 학생증, 여권, 운전면허증, 외국인 등록증 등 

- 무대 구조물 혹은 난간에 의해 일부 시야 장애가 발생하는 좌석이 있을 수 있습니다.

- 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 티켓 구매는 취소/환불이 불가능하며,  이로 인한 문제 발생 시 제작사와 예매처는 책임지지 않습니다.

[Ticket Reservation Schedule]

▶ Pre-Reservation for Fan Club Members (1 ticket available per person for each show)

Official Fan Club Verification Period : 2019.12.30 (Mon) 2:00pm ~ 2020.1.3 (Fri) 11: 59pm (KST)

Official Fan Club Pre-reservation : 2020.1.3 (Fri) 8:00pm ~ 11: 59pm (KST)

▶ General Ticket-Reservation: From 2020.1.6 (Mon) 8:00pm(2 tickets available per person for each show, including the pre-reservation ticket)

[Fan Club Pre-reservation]

▶ Fan Club Pre-reservation is continued for 3 hours and 59 minutes. 

2020.1.3 (Fri) 8:00pm~11: 59 pm(KST)

* Fan Club Pre-reservation is only for the 3rd members of UJUNG, the official WJSN fan club. 

* Fan Club Pre-reservation for this concertis only for those who have been verified as official fan club member through Melon Ticket, among the 3rd members of UJUNG (Only 1 ticket available per person for each show).

* For the fan club verification, the Melon Ticket ID holder’s name and the fan club member’s name can be different. But the name on the ticket will be the Melon Ticket ID holder’s name.

* You should do the fan club verification first before the fan club pre-reservation.

If your membership is not verified during the pre-reservation period, you cannot reserve the tickets. Then you should buy tickets through general reservation. Please finish your membership verification during the specified period.

* For the fan club verification, you must read the guidelines below carefully and make sure you don’t get any disadvantage for the pre-reservation. 

* You can get more tickets within the limit during the general reservation period even if you have purchased a ticket in the fan club pre-reservation period.  

* The reserved tickets are automatically cancelled unless they are paid within the specified period. 

[Fan Club verification Method]

▶ Verification Period for the 3rd UJUNG membership, the OfficialFan Club of WJSN

1) Access to Melon Ticket and log-in after clicking the link below through PC (Web) or Mobile.

 (You should register for the ‘Melon Ticket’ membership beforehand.)

2) Click ‘Fan club membership verification’ after log-in

3) Enter your name and FANSHIP number (V + the combination of number and alphabet) when you use to join WJSN official fanclub UJUNG 3rd membership

ex) Name: WJSN / V201602L25

※ You can find the information you need for fan club verification through VLIVE FANSHIP website where you joined WJSN official fan club UJUNG3rd membership. (the website available both PC and mobile)

PC: Go to VLIVEwebsite>MY PAGE at the upper right > MY FANSHIP 

Mobile: MY at the lower right > MY FANSHIP

※ For the members abroad, log in to [MY>Profile Setting], enter “your name(official name on your passport) and birth date”, and click SAVE button below. (Fan club verification is possible with English or Korean language.)

4) Verification Completion

- Verification is possible through PC (Web) and Mobile. 

- Once your ID is verified, you don’t have to verify again when you log-in next time.

- You can verify the Melon Ticket ID having different name from the fan club member’s name. 

- Please be careful not to verify with the ID already logged-in (automatically logged-in) and try to make pre-reservation with another ID. 

- If you complete the verification at the global page, you can purchase the ticket at the global page, and it is impossible to verify or purchase at Korean page.

- You should make a reservation after confirming whether the fan club verification is completed or not by clicking [Verifying fan club membership] button.

- Please contact the customer center for Melon Ticket (＋82-1899-0042) if you get error message even after you have entered correct membership information. 

[Guideline for General Reservation]

- General reservation starts off at 2020.1.6 (Mon) 8:00pm(Only 2 tickets available per person for each show)

- General reservation, for the non-fan club members, is proceeded for the remaining seats after pre-reservation for the fan club members.

- If you purchase a ticket during the fan club member pre-reservation, you can purchase one more ticket during general reservation.

[Seats for wheelchair Reservation]

- Seats for wheelchair can be reservation and Inquiry from 2020.1.7(Tue) 9am (KST) at the Melon Ticket Customer Center.

[Loss of the tickets]

* You have to secure the tickets safely as the delivered tickets are not reissued when lost. 

Please set the delivery spot you can receive the tickets safely - home or workplace and request special care to the delivery person and your substitute for careful receipt and keeping. 

* Without the real tickets, even the purchaser cannot enter the venue or receive the ticket again with reservation confirmation slip, deposit approval sheet, or credit card receipt, etc. 

[Ticket Delivery and Cancellation]

* To avoid crowdedness at the ticket booth on the event day, initial reserved tickets are delivered on a comprehensive basis only. 

* To avoid confusion at the venue, the comprehensive delivery will be started on 2020.2.5 (Wed), for those who purchase the ticket until 2020.2.4 (Tue) Only those who purchase tickets after 2020.2.5 (Wed) can receive the tickets at the ticket box on the event day.

* The tickets cannot be cancelled on the internet after the delivery. The tickets can be cancelled after the real tickets are returned to HQ of Melon Ticket and confirmed its receipt. 

* Please contact Melon Ticket custom service center (+82-1899-0042) for any inquiries about the ticket cancellation and return. 

* Please be aware that the cancellation and refund is not possible on the event day after the closing of reservation.

* Please check the regulations about the cancellation and refund for Melon Ticket before you request for cancellation or refund.

[Common Information]

*On the event day, the booth is operated from 2 hours and a half before the show start to 30 minutes after the show start.

* When you receive the tickets at the ticket booth, please keep your ID card and reservation information (including reservation information in the mobile app) to verify yourself.   

* What are the ID cards to verify yourself?

   - Residence card, student card, passport, driver’s license, Alien Registration Card.etc. 

- Some seats may be blocked from viewing the stage partially due to the structure of the venue. 

- The fake or improperly acquired tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, and the producer or seller is not responsible for any disputes caused by the unofficially traded ticket.
