[ 예매 시 유의사항 ]

- 본 공연은 공연장에서의 혼잡도 해소를 위해 모바일 티켓 시스템을 운영하며, 별도의 실물 지류 티켓이 제공되지 않습니다. 모바일 티켓 이용과 관련한 자세한 내용은 예매 상세페이지 이미지를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 관람 당일, 전 관람객을 대상으로 공연장 입장 전 본인 확인이 진행되므로 반드시 모바일 티켓과 예매자 신분증을 지참하셔야 합니다. 본인 확인 절차와 관련하여 예매 상세페이지 이미지를 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 순수 관람 목적이 아닌 재판매, 불법거래에 의한 관객분들의 피해를 방지하고자 결제 시 무통장 입금을 제한하며, 이는 팬클럽 선예매, 일반 예매 동일하게 적용됩니다.

- 본 공연은 멜론티켓을 통해 단독 판매됩니다. 지정된 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없습니다. 불법 거래 혹은 비정상적인 방법을 통한 예매 시도 등 부정한 방법을 통한 예매 건 혹은 이에 준하는 부정한 이용으로 확인되는 경우, 해당 예매 건은 사전 통보 없이 예매 취소 처리 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 티켓의 환불은 불가하니 각별히 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

▶ 공식 팬클럽 선예매 (회차 당 1인 1매 구매 가능)

* 팬클럽 선예매 위버스 내 사전 참여 신청: 2024년 1월 9일(화) 12:00 ~ 23:59 (KST)

* 팬클럽 인증 기간: 2024년 1월 15일(월) 14:00 ~ 23:59 (KST)

* 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2024년 1월 15일(월) 20:00 ~ 23:59 (KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매 참여는 2024년 1월 9일(화) 11:59 (KST)까지 위버스(Weverse)의 EXO 공식 팬클럽 [EXO-L] 멤버십에 가입되어 있는 기존 회원 중, 위버스를 통한 사전 참여 신청과 멜론티켓 예매 페이지 내 팬클럽 인증을 완료하신 분만 참여 가능합니다.

- EXO 공식 팬클럽 [EXO-L] 멤버십의 가입자명과 멜론티켓 예매자명, 실 관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

▷ 팬클럽 선예매 위버스 내 사전 참여 신청

- 팬클럽 선예매 전, 위버스를 통해 사전 참여 신청한 회원분들에 한해 선예매 참여가 가능하며, 2024년 1월 9일(화) 12:00 (KST) 이후 [EXO-L] 멤버십에 가입하신 회원은 사전 신청에 참여하더라도 선예매 참여가 불가합니다.

- ‘이벤트 신청하기’ 링크는 EXO 위버스 내 커뮤니티 공지사항 ‘2024 백현 팬미팅 〈과자파티〉’ 티켓 공지 게시글 상단에 생성됩니다. 반드시 해당 공지글 내에서 참여 신청을 하셔야 합니다.

- 선예매 참여 신청 기간 내 EXO 위버스를 통해 사전 신청하지 못한 경우, 팬클럽 선예매 참여가 불가하며, 사전 참여 신청 내역은 EXO 위버스 내 우측 상단의 더보기 메뉴 ‘이벤트 신청내역’에서 확인 가능합니다.

▷ 팬클럽 인증 안내

- EXO 위버스를 통해 사전 참여 신청을 완료하신 후, 멜론티켓 예매페이지에서 팬클럽 인증이 가능합니다.

- 예매하시고자 하는 지역의 공연마다 사전 인증을 완료하셔야 해당 지역 공연의 선예매 참여 자격이 주어집니다.

(서울, 광주 지역 공연을 선예매하시고자 하는 경우, 서울 / 광주 공연 각각의 예매페이지에서 총 2번의 팬클럽 인증을 완료하셔야 해당 공연 선예매에 참여하실 수 있습니다.)

- 팬클럽 인증은 위버스 멤버십 가입 시 입력한 [이름, 멤버십 번호]로 진행되며, 정해진 인증 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 완료하시지 않았을 경우 선예매 참여가 불가합니다.

- 멜론티켓 본인 명의의 ID 1개당, 사전 참여 신청한 위버스 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 인증을 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다. 인증 진행 전, 멤버십 가입자 정보와 멜론티켓 회원 정보가 일치하는지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

▷ 팬클럽 선예매 안내

* 참여대상: 2024년 1월 9일(화) 11:59 (KST)까지 위버스(Weverse)의 EXO 공식 팬클럽 [EXO-L] 멤버십에 가입되어 있는 기존 회원 중, 위버스를 통해 사전 참여 신청을 완료한 후 멜론티켓 예매 페이지에서 인증을 완료한 분

- 팬클럽 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반 예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하오니 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.

- 팬클럽 인증 오류 발생 시 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

▶ 일반 예매 (회차 당 1인 2매 구매 가능, 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

* 티켓 오픈: 2024년 1월 16일(화) 20:00 (KST) ~

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 구역을 제외한 구역과 팬클럽 선예매 마감 후 잔여석을 대상으로 진행됩니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 분들도 일반예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

▶ 휠체어석 예매

* 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2024년 1월 16일(화) 10:00 ~ 17:59 (KST)

* 일반 예매 티켓 오픈: 2024년 1월 17일(수) 10:00 (KST) ~

- 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능합니다.

- 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회차 당 2매까지 예매 가능하며, 동반인의 경우에도 티켓을 구매하셔야 합니다.

- 휠체어석은 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 성함이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 공연 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드를 지참하여 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.

[ Reservation Guidelines ]

- This show operates a mobile ticket system to alleviate congestion at the venue, and no physical paper tickets will be provided. Please refer to the detailed reservation page image for specific information regarding the use of mobile tickets.

- On the day of the show, identity verification will be conducted for all audiences before entering the venue, so it is essential to bring both the mobile ticket and the ticket purchaser's identification. Please review the reservation page image for details on the identity verification process.

- To prevent harm to audiences due to resale and illegal transactions, bank transfers will be restricted during payment. This restriction applies equally to both Fanclub presale and general sale.

- This event is exclusively sold through Melon Ticket. The organizers, sponsors, and ticket vendors are not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased or acquired through unauthorized channels. In cases of attempting to reserve through fraudulent or abnormal methods, or any reservation deemed to be illegitimate, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice, and legal action may be taken. In such cases, ticket refunds will not be possible, so please exercise caution.

- Participation in the Fanclub presale is available only for existing members of the EXO official fan club [EXO-L] who have joined Weverse and completed pre-participation application through Weverse and Fanclub verification on the Melon Ticket reservation page until January 9, 2024 (Tuesday) 11:59 (KST).

- To participate, the registered name in EXO official fan club [EXO-L] membership, Melon Ticket reservation, and the actual attendee's name must all match.

- The organizers, sponsors, and ticket vendors are not responsible for any issues related to the exposure of membership information due to the attendee's negligence or actions of others using exposed membership information to complete Fanclub verification. Please manage your membership information carefully.

▷ Pre-Participation Application on Weverse for Fanclub Presale

- Only members who have applied for pre-participation through Weverse before the Fanclub presale will be eligible for participation. Members who join [EXO-L] membership after January 9, 2024 (Tuesday) 12:00 (KST) will not be eligible for presale participation even if they participate in pre-application.

- The 'Apply for Event' link will be created at the top of the Melon Ticket notice post in the community of EXO Weverse under '2024 BAEKHYUN FAN MEETING 〈SNACK PARTY〉'. Be sure to apply for participation within that notice post.

- If you did not apply for pre-participation through EXO Weverse during the presale participation application period, you will not be eligible for Fanclub presale participation. You can check your pre-participation application status in the 'Event Application History' under the 'More' menu at the top right of EXO Weverse.

▷ Fanclub Verification Information

- After completing the pre-participation application through EXO Weverse, Fanclub verification can be done on the Melon Ticket booking page.

- For each show in the region you want to book, you must complete pre-certification on the booking page for that region to qualify for Fanclub presale participation.

(For example, if you want to participate in Fanclub presale for Seoul and Gwangju shows, you need to complete fan club verification twice, once on each of the Seoul and Gwangju booking pages, for a total of 2 verification.)

- Fan club verification is done with the [Name, Membership Number] entered when joining the Weverse membership. If you fail to complete fan club verification within the specified period, you will not be eligible for presale participation.

- Only one Fanclub certification is allowed per Weverse account that has applied for pre-participation under each Melon Ticket ID in your name, and duplicate certification is not allowed.

- If you completed Fanclub verification on the Korean booking page, Fanclub presale is only available on the Korean booking page. If you completed it on the global booking page, Fanclub presale is only available on the global booking page.

- Verified membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and re-verification is not possible even if you withdraw from the Melon Ticket membership. Please confirm that the Weverse membership information matches the Melon Ticket member information before proceeding with certification.

▷ Fanclub Presale Information

* Eligibility: Those who are existing members of EXO Official Fanclub [EXO-L] on Weverse until January 9, 2024, 11:59 (KST), completed pre-participation application through Weverse, and completed verification on the Melon Ticket booking page.

- Even if Fanclub verification is completed, after the Fanclub presale period, ticket purchase is only possible through general sales. Please be sure to check the verification and presale period. Any responsibility for damages resulting from failure to certify and book within this period lies solely with the individual, and the organizers, sponsors, and ticketing agencies assume no responsibility.

- In case of Fanclub verification errors, please contact the Melon Ticket customer center

▶ General Sale (Purchase limit: 2 tickets per show, including Fanclub Presale)

* Ticket Open: From January 16, 2024 (Tuesday) 20:00 (KST) ~

- General sale includes areas other than Fan Club Pre-sale sections and is available for the remaining seats after the Fan Club Pre-sale period.

- Those who have purchased tickets through the Fanclub Presale can also make additional purchases during the general booking within the specified purchase limit.

▶ Wheelchair Seat Reservation

* Fanclub Presale period: January 16, 2024 (Tuesday) 10:00 ~ 17:59 (KST)

* General Sale period for Wheelchair Seats: January 17, 2024 (Wednesday) 10:00 (KST) ~

- You can reserve up to 2 tickets per show, including yourself and one guardian. Please note that companions also need to purchase tickets.

- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the 'reserver's name.' If it is not the same person, neither the reserver nor the guardian will be allowed entry.

- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be collected on the day of the show. Please bring your disability registration card or welfare card for verification, and the tickets will be issued after confirming your identity.
