- VIP석 관객은 본 공연 전 미리 입장하여 사운드 체크 이벤트 관람 후 퇴장하고, 공연 시작 1시간 30분 전부터 재 입장하여 본 공연을 관람하실 수 있습니다.

[ VIP Seat Information ]

- VIP seat holders are entitled to seats for the soundcheck event before the main show, with the benefit of early entry.

* The “과제파티” during the soundcheck event may extend the viewing time slightly beyond the scheduled duration.

- People who have reserved VIP seat can enter in advance before the main performance begins, watch the soundcheck event, exit afterward, and re-enter 1 hour and 30 minutes before the show to watch the main event.

[ 예매 시 유의사항 ]

- 본 공연 티켓은 디지털 티켓으로 진행됩니다. 종이 티켓이 아닌 태깅 가능한 형식의 전자 카드형 티켓이며, 입장 시 전용 기계를 이용한 태그 방식으로 검표 운영될 예정입니다.

- 관람 당일, 전 관람객을 대상으로 공연장 입장 전 본인 확인이 진행되므로 반드시 티켓과 예매자 신분증을 지참하셔야 합니다. 본인 확인 절차와 관련하여 예매 상세페이지 이미지를 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 순수 관람 목적이 아닌 재판매, 불법거래에 의한 관객분들의 피해를 방지하고자 결제 시 무통장 입금을 제한하며, 이는 팬클럽 선예매, 일반 예매 동일하게 적용됩니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 참여는 2024년 1월 22일(월) 09:59 (KST)까지 위버스(Weverse)의 EXO 공식 팬클럽 [EXO-L] 멤버십에 가입되어 있는 기존 회원 중, 위버스를 통한 사전 참여 신청과 멜론티켓 예매 페이지 내 팬클럽 인증을 완료하신 분만 참여 가능합니다.

- EXO 공식 팬클럽 [EXO-L] 멤버십의 가입자명과 멜론티켓 예매자명, 실 관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

▷ 팬클럽 선예매 위버스 내 사전 참여 신청

- 팬클럽 선예매 전, 위버스를 통해 사전 참여 신청한 회원분들에 한해 선예매 참여가 가능하며, 2024년 1월 22일(월) 10:00 (KST) 이후 [EXO-L] 멤버십에 가입하신 회원은 사전 신청에 참여하더라도 선예매 참여가 불가합니다.

- ‘이벤트 신청하기’ 링크는 EXO 위버스 내 커뮤니티 공지사항 ‘2024 BAEKHYUN ASIA TOUR 〈Lonsdaleite〉 in SEOUL’ 티켓 공지 게시글 상단에 생성됩니다. 반드시 해당 공지글 내에서 참여 신청을 하셔야 합니다.

- 선예매 참여 신청 기간 내 EXO 위버스를 통해 사전 신청하지 못한 경우, 팬클럽 선예매 참여가 불가하며, 사전 참여 신청 내역은 EXO 위버스 내 우측 상단의 더보기 메뉴 ‘이벤트 신청내역’에서 확인 가능합니다.

▷ 팬클럽 인증 안내

- EXO 위버스를 통해 사전 참여 신청을 완료하신 후, 멜론티켓 예매페이지에서 팬클럽 인증이 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증은 위버스 멤버십 가입 시 입력한 [이름, 멤버십 번호]로 진행되며, 정해진 인증 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 완료하시지 않았을 경우 선예매 참여가 불가합니다.

- 멜론티켓 본인 명의의 ID 1개당, 사전 참여 신청한 위버스 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능합니다.

- 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회차 당 2매까지 예매 가능하며, 동반인의 경우에도 티켓을 구매하셔야 합니다.

- 휠체어석은 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 성함이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 공연 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드를 지참하여 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.

[ Reservation Notes ]

- Tickets for this show will be digital tickets. They will be electronic card-type tickets with tagging capabilities, and entry will be managed through a tagging system using dedicated machines.

- On the day of the show, there will be a verification process for all attendees before entering the venue. Therefore, it is essential to bring the ticket and the identification document used for the reservation. Please check the detailed page image regarding the verification process.

- To prevent damage to attendees due to resale or illegal transactions, bank transfers will be restricted during payment. This applies to both fanclub pre-sale and general sale.

- This show will be exclusively sold through Melon Ticket. The organizers, sponsors, and ticketing agencies are not responsible for issues arising from tickets obtained through unauthorized channels. In case of attempts to purchase tickets through illegal transactions or abnormal methods, or if fraudulent use is detected, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice, and legal action may be taken. Please be particularly cautious, as refunds for canceled tickets will not be possible.

- Participation in Fanclub Pre-sale is only available to existing members of EXO official fanclub [EXO-L] on Weverse who have completed pre-application through Weverse and Fanclub certification on the Melon Ticket reservation page by January 22, 2024 (Mon) 09:59 (KST).

- The registered name in EXO official fanclub [EXO-L] membership, Melon Ticket reservation, and the actual viewer's name must all match for admission.

- The organizers, sponsors, and ticketing agencies will not be responsible for the act of another person receiving fanclub certification using exposed membership information due to the member's negligence. Please be mindful of managing your membership information.

▷ Fanclub Pre-sale Pre-application through Weverse

- Only members who applied in advance through Weverse before the Fanclub Pre-sale can participate in the pre-sale. Members who joined [EXO-L] membership after January 22, 2024 (Monday) 10:00 (KST) cannot participate in the pre-sale, even if they participate in the pre-application.

- The 'Apply for Event' link will be created at the top of the ticket notice post in the community announcements of EXO Weverse under '2024 BAEKHYUN ASIA TOUR 〈Lonsdaleite〉 in SEOUL.' Make sure to apply within the relevant notice post.

- If you did not pre-apply through EXO Weverse during the Fanclub Pre-sale pre-application period, you cannot participate in the Fanclub Pre-sale. You can check your pre-application status in the 'Event Application History' in the 'More' menu at the top right of EXO Weverse.

▷ Fanclub Certification Guide

- After completing the pre-application through EXO Weverse, Fanclub Certification can be done on the Melon Ticket reservation page.

- Fanclub Certification is done using the [Name, Membership Number] entered when joining Weverse membership. If Fanclub Certification is not completed within the specified period, participation in the Fanclub Pre-sale is not possible.

- For each Melon Ticket ID in your name, only one Weverse account that pre-applied can be certified, and duplicate certification is not allowed.

- If Fanclub Certification is done on the Korean ticket reservation page, Fanclub Pre-sale can only be done on the Korean ticket reservation page. If done on the global ticket reservation page, Fanclub Pre-sale can only be done on the global ticket reservation page.

- Certified membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and re-certification is not possible even if you withdraw from Melon Ticket membership. Before proceeding with certification, please ensure that the information of the membership applicant matches the Melon Ticket member information.

▷ Fanclub Pre-sale Guide

* Eligibility: Those who were existing members of EXO official fanclub [EXO-L] on Weverse and completed pre-application through Weverse by January 22, 2024 (Monday) 09:59 (KST), and completed certification on the Melon Ticket reservation page.

- Even if Fanclub Certification is completed, after the Fanclub Pre-sale period, ticket purchases can only be made through general sales. Please make sure to check the certification and pre-sale periods. Any damages incurred due to not completing certification and reservation within this period are solely the responsibility of the individual. The organizers, sponsors, and ticketing agencies are not liable for any such issues.

- In case of Fanclub Certification errors, please contact the Melon Ticket customer center.

▶ Wheelchair Seat Reservation

- Wheelchair seats are available for reservation only through phone booking via the Melon Ticket customer center (1899-0042).

- Up to 2 tickets per session, including the individual and one guardian, can be reserved. Even accompanying individuals must purchase tickets.

- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the 'Purchaser's name.' If not, neither the purchaser nor the guardian will be allowed entry.

- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be collected on the day of the show. Please bring the disability registration card or welfare card for verification, and the tickets can be collected after confirming your identity.
