[티켓 오픈 일정]

▶ 공식 팬클럽 선예매 (회당 1인 1매 예매 가능)

- 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2024년 3월 12일(화) 20:00 (KST) ~ 13일(수) 23:59 (KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매는 [CRAVITY 공식 팬클럽 ‘LUVITY’ 4기] 유료회원에 한해서 티켓 구매가 가능합니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매는 별다른 인증 절차 없이 [CRAVITY 공식 팬클럽 ‘LUVITY’ 4기] 가입 시 사용했던 멜론티켓 아이디로 로그인 후 예매하실 수 있습니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다. 

▶ 일반예매 (회당 1인 2매 예매 가능, 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 티켓오픈: 2024년 3월 15일(금) 20:00 (KST) 

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반예매 시 회당 1인 1매 추가 구매가 가능합니다. 

[예매 시 유의사항]

- 4월 7일(일) 오후 5시 공연은 오프라인 공연과 온라인 스트리밍이 동시에 진행됩니다. 

- 본 공지는 오프라인 공연 예매에 대한 안내이며, 온라인 스트리밍 티켓 구매를 원하시는 관객께서는 비욘드라이브(https://beyondlive.com)를 통해 구매가 가능합니다. 

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 방지하기 위해 예매 초기분은 일괄배송 방식으로 운영합니다. 예매 전 멜론티켓에 등록되어 있는 예매자 정보를 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 본 공연의 지정된 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없습니다. 

- 불법 거래 혹은 비정상적인 방법을 통한 예매 시도 등 부정한 방법을 통한 예매 건 혹은 이에 준하는 부정한 이용으로 확인되는 경우 해당 예매 건은 사전 통보 없이 예매 취소 처리 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 티켓의 환불은 불가하니 각별히 주의해주시기 바랍니다. 

- 티켓의 변경, 취소, 환불은 예매처 규정에 의해 처리되며, 공연 당일에는 티켓의 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다.

[Ticket Opening Schedule]

▶ Official Fanclub Presale (1 ticket per person per show)

- Fanclub Presale period: March 12, 2024 (Tue) 20:00 (KST) ~ March 13, 2024 (Wed) 23:59 (KST)

- Tickets for the Fanclub Presale are only available to [CRAVITY OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘LUVITY’ 4th].

- Fanclub Presale can be purchased after logging in with the Melon Ticket ID used when signing up for [CRAVITY OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘LUVITY’ 4th] without any authentication process. 

- Members who purchased tickets through Fanclub Presale can also purchase additional tickets within the limit of the number of tickets during general reservation.

▶ General Reservation (2 tickets per person per show, including Fanclub Presale)

- Ticket open: March 15, 2024 (Fri) 20:00 (KST) ~

- General reservations are only available for the remaining seats after the Fanclub Presale is completed, and there may be no remaining seats when the pre-sale is sold out.

- Those who have purchased a Fanclub Presale ticket can purchase one additional ticket per person per show at the time of general reservation.

[Reservation Note]

- On April 7 (Sun) at 5pm, the offline show and online streaming will be held at the same time.

- This notice is for offline show reservations, and audiences who wish to purchase online streaming tickets can purchase through Beyond LIVE. (https://beyondlive.com)

- To prevent congestion on the day of the show, the initial portion of the reservation is operated as a batch delivery method. Before making a reservation, please be sure to check the information of the ticket holder registered in the Melon Ticket.

- The organizer and the reservation site are not responsible for any problems caused by tickets purchased or acquired through a route other than the designated official reservation site for this show.

- If a reservation made through an illegal method, such as an illegal transaction or an attempt to make a reservation through an abnormal method, or a similar use is confirmed, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice and legal action may be taken. In this case, please note that the ticket cannot be refunded.

- Changes, cancellations, and refunds of tickets are handled according to the rules of the place of reservation, and tickets cannot be changed or refunded on the day of the show.

▶ 公式ファンクラブ先行予約 (1回につき1人1枚予約可能) 

- ファンクラブ先行予約期間: 2024年3月12日(火) 20:00 (KST) ~ 3月13日(水) 23:59 (KST)

- ファンクラブの先行予約は、[CRAVITY公式ファンクラブ’LUVITY’4期]有料会員に限りチケット購入が可能です。

- ファンクラブ先行販売は別途の認証なしに、[CRAVITY公式ファンクラブ’LUVITY’4期]加入時のMelon Ticketアカウントでログインした後、予約ができます。

- ファンクラブ先行販売でチケットを購入した会員も一般予約時、枚数制限内で追加購入が可能です。

▶ 一般予約 (1公演につき1人2枚予約可能、ファンクラブ先行予約枚数を含む)
- 一般予約期間: 2024年3月15日(金) 20:00 (KST) ~

- 一般予約はファンクラブ先行予約が完了した後に残席に限って行われ、ファンクラブ先行予約が完売された場合は残席がないことがあります。

- ファンクラブ先行予約チケットを購入した方は、一般予約で1公演につき1人1枚追加購入できます。

[予約時の注意事項]

- 4/7(日)午後5時の公演はオフライン公演とオンライン生中継が同時に行われます。 

- このお知らせはオフライン公演の予約に関する案内であり、ライブストリーミングチケットのご購入をご希望の場合は、Beyond LIVE(https://beyondlive.com)を通じて購入できます。

- 公演当日の混雑を防ぐため、初期予約分に限り一括配送が行われます。予約前にMelon Ticketに登録されている予約者情報を必ずご確認ください。

- 本公演の公式に指定された予約先ではない他の経路を通じて購入または取得したチケットにより発生する問題について、主催/主管社と予約先は責任を負いません。

- 不法取引または正常ではない方法による予約の試みなど、不正な方法による予約件またはこれに準ずる不正な利用と確認される場合、その予約件は事前通知なしに予約取り消し処理及び法的措置を受けることがあります。その場合、チケットの払い戻しはできませんので、特にご注意ください。

- チケットの変更、キャンセル、払い戻しは予約先の規定により処理され、公演当日はチケットの変更及び払い戻しができません。
