* 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2024년 5월 9일(목) 20:00 (KST) ~ 5월 10일(금) 23:59 (KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매는 한승우 공식 팬클럽 ‘한아(HAN_A)’ 1기 유료 회원에 한해서 티켓 구매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 정해진 기간 내 예매 페이지를 통해 ‘한아(HAN_A)’ 1기 인증이 완료된 분들에 한하여 회차 당 1인 1매만 구매 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증 진행 시 멜론티켓 ID의 회원정보와 팬클럽 인증자 정보가 동일해야 합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 전 반드시 ‘팬클럽 인증’을 진행해주시기 바랍니다. 정해진 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 하지 않았을 경우, 해당 ID로는 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매로 예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

4. 인증 완료 / ‘선예매 인증’ 클릭하여 인증이 완료되었는지 확인

- 한번 인증한 ID는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 되며, 하나의 ID로는 한 번의 인증만 가능합니다.

- 정확한 팬클럽 회원정보 기입 후에도 인증 오류가 날 경우, 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)로 문의 바랍니다.

► 일반 예매 (회차 당 1인 2매 구매 가능, 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

* 티켓 오픈: 2024년 5월 13일(월) 20:00 (KST) ~

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반 예매 시 회차 당 1인 1매 추가 구매가 가능합니다.

(ex. 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 6월 1일(토) 14:00 회차 1매를 구매하신 경우, 일반 예매 시 동일 회차 1매를 추가로 구매하실 수 있습니다. 다른 회차도 동일하게 적용됩니다.)

[ 예매 시 유의사항 ]

- 결제 시 무통장 입금 결제를 선택하셨을 경우, 정해진 기간 내에 입금하셔야 예매가 취소되지 않습니다. 미입금 시 예매하신 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다. (※ 은행 별 입금 마감 시간이 다를 수 있으니 사전에 확인하시기 바랍니다.)
- 공연 당일 혼잡을 방지하기 위해 초기 국내 예매분은 일괄 배송 됩니다. 예매 전 티켓 배송지 주소가 정확한지 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- 본 공연의 지정된 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해 주최/제작사 및 예매처는 책임이 없습니다. 불법 거래 혹은 비정상적인 방법을 통한 예매 시도 등 부정한 방법을 통한 예매 건 혹은 이에 준하는 부정한 이용으로 확인되는 경우, 해당 예매 건은 사전 통보 없이 예매 취소 처리 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 티켓의 환불은 불가하니 각별히 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 수령하신 티켓을 분실 또는 훼손 시 예매자 본인이더라도 재발권, 취소, 환불이 불가하오니 티켓 보관에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- 휠체어석 예매는 일반 예매 티켓 오픈 익일 오전 9시부터 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통해 전화 예매만 가능하며, 동반인께서도 티켓을 예매하셔야 합니다.

* Fanclub Pre-sale Period: May 9, 2024 (Thu) 20:00 (KST) ~ May 10, 2024 (Fri) 23:59 (KST)

- Fanclub Pre-sale is available for paid members of HAN SEUNG WOO's official fanclub 1st 'HAN_A'.

- During the pre-sale period, only those who have completed the 1st 'HAN_A' certification via the designated page can purchase 1 ticket per person per show.

- When undergoing Fanclub Verification, the membership information on Melon Ticket ID must match the Fanclub Verification information.

- Before participating in the Fanclub Pre-sale, please ensure to complete the 'Fanclub Verification' process. Failure to complete the authentication within the designated period will result in the inability to participate in the pre-sale using that ID. However, you can still participate in the general sale later.

- Members who purchase tickets through the Fanclub Pre-sale can also make additional purchases within the quantity limit during the general sale.

2. Access the booking page and click on 'Pre-sale Verification'

3. Enter the name and membership order number used during fanclub registration.

4. Upon successful authentication, verify by clicking on 'Pre-sale Verification.

- Once verified, you don't need to do it again upon re-login. However, each ID can be verified only once.

- If you encounter authentication errors despite providing accurate Fanclub membership information, please contact Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042).

► General Sale (2 tickets per person per show, including Fanclub Pre-sale quantity)

* Ticket Open: May 13, 2024 (Mon) 20:00 (KST) ~

- General sale will proceed only for remaining seats after the Fanclub Pre-sale, and availability may vary if the pre-sale sells out.

- Those who purchased tickets through the Fanclub Pre-sale can additionally purchase 1 ticket per person per session during the general sale.

(e.g., If you purchased 1 ticket for the June 1st (Sat) 14:00 show through Fanclub Pre-sale, you can purchase an additional ticket for the same show during the general sale. This applies to other shows as well.)

[ Reservation Precautions ]

- If you choose bank transfer payment when making your purchase, please ensure to complete the payment within the specified period to avoid cancellation of your booking. Tickets not paid for within the deadline will be automatically canceled. (※ Please note that the cut-off time for bank transfers may vary by bank, so be sure to check in advance.)
- To prevent congestion on the day of the show, domestic reservations will be delivered collectively. Before reserving the ticket, please verify that the delivery address for your tickets is accurate.

- The organizers and ticketing agency are not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased or acquired through channels other than the designated official ticketing outlets for this event. If any attempts are deemed fraudulent, such as illegal transactions or attempts made through abnormal means, or if found to involve improper use, they may be canceled without prior notice, and legal action may be taken. Please be especially cautious, as refunds for such cases will not be provided.

- Even if you are the ticket holder, if your ticket is lost or damaged, reprinting, cancellation, or refunds are not possible. Please take care to store your tickets securely.

- Wheelchair seat reservations are available via phone through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042) starting from 9:00 AM the day after general ticket sales open. The person accompanying the wheelchair user must also reserve a ticket.
