회원번호 뒷자리가 멤버 생일(87, 115, 117, 327, 922)에 해당하는 분에게는 해당 멤버의 친필 사인 폴라로이드를 드립니다.

1. VANNER 공식 팬카페 (https://cafe.daum.net/VANNER/) 가입 후 모집 안내 확인

2. ‘멜론티켓’ 로그인 후 회원정보 확인

(VANNER 공식 팬카페 가입 계정의 이름과 팬클럽 가입자 본인 명의 일치 여부 / 현재 연락처 및 주소지로 변경 필수)

- 팬클럽 가입자명은 반드시 가입자 본인 명의의 멜론 계정으로 진행하셔야 하며, 가족/타인 명의로 가입 불가합니다. 본인 명의가 아닐 경우 팬클럽 본인 인증과 관련된 혜택을 받으실 수 없으며 이에 따른 불이익은 책임지지 않습니다.

- VANNER 공식 팬카페 가입 계정 오타, 기간 내 팬카페 우수회원 등업 미신청 및 등업 공지 미숙지로 인한 미등업, 생년월일 미일치 등 가입자의 불찰로 인해 등업이 되지 않은 경우 재등업이 어려우니 반드시 기간 내에 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다.

- VANNER 공식 팬카페 가입 계정은 이메일 형식으로 정확히 기입 부탁드립니다.

- 생년월일은 가입 명의자 본인의 신분증과 일치해야 합니다.

〈VVS 2기 가입 주의사항〉

1. VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 가입 시, 반드시 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 ID로 가입하셔야 합니다.

- 멜론티켓 ID 1개 당 1회 가입이 가능합니다.

- 회원카드는 멜론티켓 사이트 내 등록된 가입자 정보로 인쇄됩니다.

- 본인 명의가 아닌 타인 (친구, 부모님, 친척 등) 명의로 가입할 경우 카드에 타인의 정보가 인쇄되며, 팬클럽 관련 모든 헤택을 받으실 수 없습니다.

- 해외 가입자의 경우, 여권에 기재된 영문명과 동일하게 기입해주시기 바랍니다.

- 가입시 가입창에 연락가능한 연락처, 이메일 정보를 기입해 주시기 바랍니다. 멜론티켓에서는 주문자 정보를 기준으로 각종 안내가 진행될 수 있으며 가입 완료 이후에는 주문자 정보는 수정이 불가합니다.

2. VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 회원카드 및 KIT는 모집이 끝난 후 제작하여 일괄 배송되며 배송 시 별도 공지됩니다.

- 국내 배송의 경우 배송비는 별도이며, 해외 배송의 경우 해외 배송료와 송금 수수료가 발생합니다.

- 가입자 과실 및 잘못된 정보 기재, 부재로 인한 VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 KIT 배송 누락의 책임은 전적으로 가입자에게 있으며, 이로 인한 분실 시 회원카드를 포함한 KIT는 재발급되지 않습니다.

- 가입자의 잘못된 정보 기재 및 부재 등의 사유로 반송된 경우 국내만 착불 배송 가능하며 해외 재발송은 어렵습니다.

- 불량 교환 및 누락 등의 문의는 팬클럽 물품 배송 후 배송 완료일로부터 2주 이내 교환 요청 시 교환이 가능합니다. (교환 관련 별도 공지 예정)

3. VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 모집 기간 내에는 취소 및 환불이 가능하나, 모집 마감 후에는 어떠한 사유로도 환불이 불가하며, 단순 변심으로 인한 MD 교환 및 반품은 불가합니다.

4. VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 혜택은 팬클럽 가입자에게만 제공되는 혜택이므로 타인 양도 및 판매하실 수 없습니다.

- 팬클럽 회원카드 및 물품을 타인에게 양도, 콘서트 선예매 티켓 및 혜택을 부정한 거래로 사고 파는 행위 또는 타인에게 정보를 공유하는 모든 행위가 적발될 시 팬클럽 명단에서 제외되며 팬클럽 가입과 팬카페 활동에 제한이 생길 수 있습니다.

5. VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 가입 시 기재한 부가정보 수정은 팬클럽 모집 마감 이후 일주일 이내(2024년 7월 7일 (일) 11:59PM)까지만 가능합니다.

- VANNER 공식 팬카페 가입 계정은 다음(카카오) 계정이며 메일 형식으로 기입해주셔야 합니다. (닉네임 X)

- 생년월일은 가입자 본인의 신분증과 일치하여야 합니다.

- 오타 및 잘못된 정보를 기재하거나 미기재 시 혜택과 관련하여 불이익이 있을 수 있습니다.

6. 결제 및 입금 완료 후 예매 내역을 꼭 별도 보관해주시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 가입 후 회원카드가 발송되기 전까지는 예매 내역 확인을 통해 혜택을 받으실 수 있습니다.

7. VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 활동 기간이 끝나기 전 멜론티켓 혹은 VANNER 공식 팬카페를 탈퇴할 경우 재가입이 불가능하며, 이후 혜택이 어떠한 방법으로도 제공되지 않습니다.

8. VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 가입 시, 기재한 정보는 팬클럽 회원카드 발급 및 회원 관리에 이용되며, 활동 기간 종료 후 폐기됩니다.

9. VANNER 공식 팬클럽 〈VVS〉 2기 가입 관련 문의는 멜론티켓 고객센터 (유료 1899-0042, 평일/주말 09:00~18:00) 또는 1:1 문의하기를 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

〈VVS 2nd Generation Membership Benefits〉

1. VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation Membership Card (Name, date of birth, and membership number printed on the card.)

2. VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation KIT.

- The KIT is provided once for each generation. Further information regarding the KIT will be provided in due course. 

3.  VANNER official fan cafe membership tier upgraded to ‘Outstanding Member (VVS)’

- Personal information used for fan club registration needs to be identical to the personal information used for fan café registration in order to automatically upgrade membership tier. If the personal information doesn’t match, a separate membership tier upgrade request needs to be made following a notice regarding membership tier upgrade that will be posted on the fan café later on.

- Membership tier upgrade can only be provided only when the fan club member and the fan café ID owner are the same 

4. 1st opportunity to attend VANNER public broadcast.

- This can be provided when membership tier is upgraded to ‘Distinguished Member’ at VANNER official fan café.

5. Early booking benefits for VANNER domestic exclusive fan meeting and concerts. (Proceeding with coordination with the organizers.) 

6. 2nd generation exclusive bulletin board at VANNER official fan cafe 〈VVS〉 and special contents.

- If a member is discovered sharing contents related to the above benefits with other individuals and/or in an open space his/her fan club membership can be revoked for the current generation. 

〈 VVS 2nd Generation Membership Registration Event〉

EVENT 1.

Randomized printed photos for 14 VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation members through a raffle. 

EVENT 2.

Among the members who joined VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation, those whose membership numbers end with VANNER member’s birthday (87, 115, 117, 327, 922) will receive a personally signed polaroid from the respective member.

〈How to join VVS 2nd Generation Membership〉

1. Join VANNER official fan cafe (https://cafe.daum.net/VANNER/) and check membership registration guide.

2. Log into ‘Melon Ticket’ and verify membership information

(Verification of the match between the name of VANNER official fan café account and the name of the individual joining the fan club is required. Additionally, updating current contact information and address is mandatory.)

- The name of the fan club account must correspond exactly to the individual’s Melon account. Account registration under family members’ or other individuals’ names are not permitted. If your own name is not used, benefits associated with fan club membership verification cannot be obtained, and any resulting disadvantages will not be the responsibility of the fan club.

3. Purchase VVS 2nd generation Fan Club product at ‘Melon Ticket’ (1 ticket per person)

4. When proceeding with fan club registration, additional information is ‘required’ to be entered. (VANNER official fan café account, gender, and date of birth (YYYYMMDD))

- Please ensure to enter the correct information within the specified timeline as re-upgrading may be difficult when following mistakes are made: typo in VANNER official fan café registration account, failure to request for upgrade to an outstanding member, failure to upgrade due to negligence on upgrade post, mismatched date of birth.  

- VANNER official fan café registration account should be entered in email format accurately.

- Date of birth must match the information on the registrant’s identification card.

5. Before making a payment, select delivery option and verify orderer/shipping address information. 

6. After payment, go to My Ticket〉Booking History〉Booking Details page to make sure the  reservation has been successfully completed. 

〈VVS 2nd Generation Registration Precautions〉

1. When joining VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation, it is essential to register with your own Melon Ticket ID.

- Each Melon Ticket ID allows for one registration.

- Membership card will be printed with the information registered under Melon Ticket.

- If you register under other individual’s name (friend, parent, relative, etc.), the other individual’s name will be printed on the membership card, and you will not receive all the benefits associated with the fan club. 

- For overseas registrants, please enter your English name exactly as it appears on your passport. 

- When registering, please provide your contact number and email address. Melon Ticket may use the orderer’s information for various notifications, and once the registration is complete, orderer’s information cannot be modified. 

2. VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation membership card and KIT will be produced and shipped collectively after the recruitment period ends.

- For domestic delivery, separate shipping fee will apply, and for international delivery, international shipping fees and transfer fees will apply. 

- Responsibility for Missing delivery of VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation KIT due to registrant’s mistake, incorrect information provision, and/or absence lies solely with the registrant. The KIT including the membership card cannot be reissued when lost due to the above reasons. 

- In the event of return due to registrant providing incorrect information or registrant’s absence, only domestic shipping can be arranged again through cash on delivery shipping, and overseas shipping cannot be arranged again. 

- Inquiries regarding exchange of defective items and missing items needs to be made within 2 weeks from completion of fan club product delivery date in order to receive exchange. (Separate notice regarding exchanges will be posted.)

3. Cancelation and refund is possible within the recruitment period of VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation. However, after the recruitment period ends, refunds for any reason will not be made, and exchanges or returns of MD due to change of mind will not be accepted. 

4. VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation benefits are exclusively for fan club members, and cannot be transferred or sold to others. 

- If discovered engaging in acts such as transferring fan club membership cards and merchandise to others, selling and purchasing concert pre-booking tickets and benefits illegally, and/or sharing information with others, the individual will be excluded from the fan club roster, and there may be restrictions on fan club membership registration and fan café activities. 

5. Additional information provided during registration for VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation can only be modified within one week after the recruitment period ends. (Until 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 7th, 2024)

- VANNER official fan café registration account is a DAUM (Kakao) account and must be entered in email format. (No Nicknames) 

- Date of birth must match the information on the registrant’s identification card. 

- If typos or incorrect information are provided or omitted, disadvantages regarding benefits can occur. 

6. Please make sure to keep a separate record of your reservation details after payment/completion of deposit. 

- Until the membership car is delivered, benefits can be received through reservation details confirmation. 

7. If you withdraw from Melon Ticket or VANNER official fan café before the end of VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation activity period, rejoining is not possible, and benefits will not be provided thereafter in any form.

8. The information provided when joining VANNER official fan club 〈VVS〉 2nd generation will be used for issuing membership cards and managing fan club members, and will be discarded after the activity period ends.
