[ 팬클럽 선예매 안내 ]

- 팬클럽 선예매는 위버스(Weverse)의 Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 “ReVeluv” 멤버십(GL) 회원에 한하여 가능합니다.

- Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 “ReVeluv” 멤버십(GL)의 가입자명과 멜론티켓 예매자명, 실관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다

- Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 “ReVeluv” 멤버십(GL) 가입 관련 문의사항은 위버스(http://www.weverse.io)를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

* STEP 1. 팬클럽 사전 인증 안내

- 인증 기간: 2024년 6월 24일(월) 2:00PM (KST) ~ 7월 1일(월) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 위버스(Weverse)의 Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 “ReVeluv” 멤버십(GL) 회원은 본 공연 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 사전 인증은 Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 “ReVeluv” 멤버십(GL)에 가입한 위버스(Weverse) 계정으로 인증이 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 ID 1개 당 선예매를 신청한 위버스(Weverse) 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며, 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 사전 인증을 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 공연 관람 당일까지 멤버십 자격을 유지하고 있어야 유효합니다. 선예매 신청이 확정된 멤버십은 결제 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다. (멤버십 구매 샵 확인 방법: 위버스 샵 앱 〉 MY 〉 주문내역)

- 사전 인증 오류 발생 시 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 오픈

- 선예매 일정: 2024년 7월 1일(월) 8:00PM (KST) ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 참여 대상: Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 “ReVeluv” 멤버십(GL) 회원 인증 완료자 (회차 당 1인 1매)

                ㄴ 7월 1일(월) 11:59:59PM (KST)까지 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하신 분

- 팬클럽 선예매는 무통장 입금 및 카드 결제 모두 가능합니다. 단, 무통장 입금의 경우 예매 당일(11:59:59PM)까지 입금이 완료되어야 예매가 완료되며, 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매하신 티켓은 자동적으로 취소가 됩니다.

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하니 사전 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.

[ 일반예매 안내 ]

- 일반예매 일정: 2024년 7월 2일(화) 8:00PM (KST) ~

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

[ 휠체어석 예매 안내 ]

- 휠체어석 팬클럽 선예매 일정: 2024년 7월 1일(월) 10:00AM (KST) ~ 5:59:59PM (KST)

- 휠체어석 일반예매 일정: 2024년 7월 2일(화) 10:00AM (KST) ~

- 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회차 당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 반드시 예매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 사전에 함께 예매해주시기 바랍니다.

- 전화 예매 시, 결제 수단은 국내 발행 카드 및 무통장 입금, 현금 결제만 가능합니다.

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 등의 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)

- 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.

[ Fan Club Pre-sale Information ]

- Fan Club Pre-sale is available exclusively to members of the Red Velvet official fan club “ReVeluv” membership(GL) on Weverse.

- The name of the Red Velvet official fan club “ReVeluv” membership(GL) member, the Melon Ticket purchaser, and the actual attendee must all match to attend the event.

- Please manage your membership information carefully to prevent exposure and unauthorized use by others, as the event organizers, promoters, and ticketing platforms are not responsible for any issues arising from such negligence.

- For inquiries related to the Red Velvet official fan club “ReVeluv” membership(GL), please check Weverse (http://www.weverse.io).

* STEP 1. Fan Club Pre-verification Information

- Verification Period: June 24, 2024 (Mon) 2:00PM (KST) ~ July 1, 2024 (Mon) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- Members of the Red Velvet official fan club “ReVeluv” membership(GL) on Weverse must complete the pre-verification on the concert ticketing page to be eligible for the pre-sale. Please ensure to complete the pre-verification within this period.

- Pre-verification is only possible with the Weverse account that has the Red Velvet official fan club “ReVeluv” membership(GL).

- If pre-verification is done on the Korean ticketing page, the pre-sale can only be conducted on the Korean ticketing page, and if done on the global ticketing page, the pre-sale can only be conducted on the global ticketing page.

- Only one Weverse account can be verified per Melon Ticket ID, and duplicate verification is not allowed.

- Once pre-verification is completed, the membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and re-verification is not possible even if the Melon Ticket membership is withdrawn.

- The fan club membership must be maintained until the concert day for the pre-sale to be valid. Confirmed pre-sale memberships cannot be canceled or refunded. (Check your membership purchase: Weverse Shop app 〉 MY 〉 Order History)

* STEP 2. Fan Club Pre-sale Ticket Opening

- Pre-sale Period: July 1, 2024 (Mon) 8:00PM (KST) ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

- Eligible Participants: Verified members of the Red Velvet official fan club “ReVeluv” membership(GL) (1 ticket per person per show)

  ㄴ Participants who completed fan club pre-verification by July 1, 2024 (Mon) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- Fan Club Pre-sale allows both bank transfer and credit card payment. For bank transfer, the payment must be completed by 11:59:59PM on the day of the reservation. If the payment is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled.

- Even if pre-verification is completed, tickets can only be purchased during the pre-sale period. After the pre-sale period, tickets can only be purchased through the general sale. The organizer, promoter, and ticketing platform are not responsible for any damages incurred due to failure to complete the verification or pre-sale within the given period.

[ General Sale Information ]

- General Sale Period: July 2, 2024 (Tue) 8:00PM (KST) ~

- The general sale will be conducted only for the remaining seats after the fan club pre-sale. If the tickets are sold out during the fan club pre-sale, there may be no seats available for the general sale.

[ Wheelchair Seating Information ] 

- Wheelchair Seating Fan Club Pre-sale Period: July 1, 2024 (Mon) 10:00AM (KST) ~ 5:59:59PM (KST)

- Wheelchair Seating General Sale Period: July 2, 2024 (Tue) 10:00AM (KST) ~

- Wheelchair seating can only be reserved through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042) via phone. Each person can reserve up to 2 tickets per show, including one for an accompanying person. The accompanying person must also have a ticket to enter.

- For phone reservations, the payment options are domestic credit card, bank transfer, and cash.

- Wheelchair seating is only available for the person registered with a disability certificate or welfare card. If the person is not the registered one, both the reserve and the accompanying person will not be allowed to enter.

- Wheelchair seating tickets can only be picked up on-site on the event day. You must present your disability certificate or welfare card for verification to receive the tickets. (Proxy pickup and transfer are not allowed)

- Even with a disability certificate or welfare card, if the attendee does not use a wheelchair, they cannot use the wheelchair seating.
