- VIP석 관객은 본 공연 관람 전 사운드체크 이벤트에 참석 가능한 좌석으로, 얼리엔트리(조기 입장) 혜택이 주어집니다.

* 사운드체크 이벤트에서 진행되는 “과제파티”로 인해 예정시간보다 관람시간이 다소 길어질 수 있습니다. 

- VIP석 관객은 본 공연 전 미리 입장하여 사운드체크 이벤트 관람 후 퇴장하고, 공연 시작 1시간 30분 전부터 재 입장하여 본 공연을 관람하실 수 있습니다. 

- 개인적인 사정으로 사운드체크 이벤트에 참석하지 못하시더라도 부분 환불은 불가하므로 예매 시 유의해주시기 바랍니다. (현장 상황에 따라 입장 시간은 변동될 수 있습니다.)

[ 예매 시 유의사항 ]

- 본 공연 티켓은 디지털 티켓으로 진행됩니다. 종이 티켓이 아닌 태깅 가능한 형식의 전자 카드형 티켓이며, 입장 시 전용 기계를 이용한 태그 방식으로 검표 운영될 예정입니다.

- 관람 당일, 전 관람객을 대상으로 공연장 입장 전 본인 확인이 진행되므로 반드시 티켓과 예매자 신분증을 지참하셔야 합니다. 본인 확인 절차와 관련하여 예매 상세페이지 이미지를 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 순수 관람 목적이 아닌 재판매, 불법거래에 의한 관객분들의 피해를 방지하고자 결제 시 무통장 입금을 제한하며, 이는 팬클럽 선예매, 일반예매 동일하게 적용됩니다.

- 본 공연은 멜론티켓을 통해 단독 판매됩니다. 지정된 공식 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없습니다. 불법 거래 혹은 비정상적인 방법을 통한 예매 시도 등 부정한 방법을 통한 예매 건 혹은 이에 준하는 부정한 이용으로 확인되는 경우, 해당 예매 건은 사전 통보 없이 예매 취소 처리 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 티켓의 환불은 불가하니 각별히 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 참여는 위버스(Weverse)의 [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP] 회원에 한하여 가능합니다.

- [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP]의 가입자명과 멜론티켓 예매자명, 실 관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

▷ 팬클럽 인증 안내

- [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP] 회원은 본 공연 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 팬클럽 사전 인증은 [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP]에 가입한 위버스(Weverse) 계정으로 인증이 가능합니다.

- 멜론티켓 본인 명의의 ID 1개당, 사전 참여 신청한 위버스 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 인증을 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다. 인증 진행 전, 멤버십 가입자 정보와 멜론티켓 회원 정보가 일치하는지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하오니 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.

▶ 일반예매 (회차 당 1인 1매 구매 가능, 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

* 티켓 오픈: 2024년 6월 21일(금) 20:00 (KST) ~

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

▶ 휠체어석 예매 

* 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2024년 6월 19일(수) 10:00 ~ 17:59 (KST)

* 일반예매 티켓 오픈: 2024년 6월 24일(월) 10:00 (KST) ~

- 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능합니다.

- 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회차 당 2매까지 예매 가능하며, 동반인의 경우에도 티켓을 구매하셔야 합니다.

- 휠체어석은 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 성함이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 공연 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 예매자 본인의 신분증과 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드를 지참하여 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다. 복지카드를 소지하였더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)

[ VIP Seat Information ]

- VIP seat holders are entitled to seats for the soundcheck event before the main show, with the benefit of early entry.

* The “과제파티” during the soundcheck event may extend the viewing time slightly beyond the scheduled duration.

- People who have reserved VIP seat can enter in advance before the main show begins, watch the soundcheck event, exit afterward, and re-enter 1 hour and 30 minutes before the show to watch the main event.

- Please note that partial refunds are not possible if you cannot attend the soundcheck event due to personal reasons. Be mindful of this when making your reservation. (Entry times may vary depending on on-site conditions.)

[ Reservation Notes ]

- Tickets for this show will be digital tickets. They will be electronic card-type tickets with tagging capabilities, and entry will be managed through a tagging system using dedicated machines.

- On the day of the show, there will be a verification process for all attendees before entering the venue. Therefore, it is essential to bring the ticket and the identification document used for the reservation. Please check the detailed page image regarding the verification process.

- To prevent damage to attendees due to resale or illegal transactions, bank transfers will be restricted during payment. This applies to both fanclub pre-sale and general sale.

- This show will be exclusively sold through Melon Ticket. The organizers, sponsors, and ticketing agencies are not responsible for issues arising from tickets obtained through unauthorized channels. In case of attempts to purchase tickets through illegal transactions or abnormal methods, or if fraudulent use is detected, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice, and legal action may be taken. Please be particularly cautious, as refunds for canceled tickets will not be possible.

-  Participation in Fanclub is available only for members of Weverse’s [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP].

- The registered name in [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP] Melon Ticket reservation, and the actual viewer's name must all match for watch.

- The organizers, sponsors, and ticketing agencies will not be responsible for the act of another person receiving fanclub certification using exposed membership information due to the member's negligence. Please be mindful of managing your membership information.

▷ Fanclub Certification Guide

-The members of [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP] can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through this page to reserve the ticket of the concert. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period.

- For the verification process for Fanclub Pre-sale, you can verify yourself with your Weverse account’s membership of [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP]

- For each Melon Ticket ID in your name, only one Weverse account that pre-applied can be certified, and duplicate certification is not allowed.

- If Fanclub Certification is done on the Korean ticket reservation page, Fanclub Pre-sale can only be done on the Korean ticket reservation page. If done on the global ticket reservation page, Fanclub Pre-sale can only be done on the global ticket reservation page.

- Certified membership information cannot be modified, canceled, or reused, and re-certification is not possible even if you withdraw from Melon Ticket membership. Before proceeding with certification, please ensure that the information of the membership applicant matches the Melon Ticket member information.

- Pre-sale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show. Membership whose pre-sale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded. (How to check the membership purchase shop: Weverse Shop App 〉 MY 〉 Order Details)

- In case of any errors during verification process, please contact Melon Ticket Customer Center at 1:1 online inquiry. 

▷ Fanclub Pre-sale Guide

* Eligibility:  Those who completed the membership verification process in [BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP]

- Even if Fanclub Certification is completed, after the Fanclub Pre-sale period, ticket purchases can only be made through general sales. Please make sure to check the certification and pre-sale periods. Any damages incurred due to not completing certification and reservation within this period are solely the responsibility of the individual. The organizers, sponsors, and ticketing agencies are not liable for any such issues.

▶ General Sale (1 ticket per show per person, including Fanclub Pre-sale quantity)

* Ticket Open: June 21, 2024 (Fri) 20:00 (KST) ~

- All remaining seats from the Fanclub Pre-sale will be opened for General Sale. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Pre-sale, there may be no seats available for General Sale.

▶ Wheelchair Seat Reservation

* Fanclub Pre-sale Period: June 19, 2024 (Wed) 10:00 ~17:59 (KST)

* General Sale Ticket Open: June 24, 2024 (Mon) 10:00 (KST) ~

- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved via phone booking through the Melon Ticket customer center (1899-0042).

- Up to 2 tickets per session, including the individual and one guardian, can be reserved. Even accompanying individuals must purchase tickets.

- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the 'Purchaser's name.' If not, neither the purchaser nor the guardian will be allowed entry.

- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be collected on the day of the show. The purchaser must present their ID, disability registration card, or welfare card for verification to collect the tickets. Attendees without a wheelchair requirement, even if they have a welfare card, cannot use wheelchair seats. (No proxy collection or transfer allowed)
