이동욱 공식 팬클럽 모집

*모집기간 : 2024년 8월 26일 (월) 오후 12:00 – 2024년 9월 15일 (일) 오후 11:59(KST) 

*활동기간 : 2024년 9월 17일 (화) – 2025년 9월 16일 (화) 

          (아티스트 활동 일정에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.)

*가입비 : 30,000원(키트 포함, 국내/외 배송비 및 해외 송금 수수료 별도, 1인 1매)

*가입대상: 

 - 이동욱 공식 팬클럽 가입을 희망하는 국내/해외 거주자

 - ‘멜론티켓’ 본인 명의 가입자 (해외 거주자는 글로벌 페이지에서 가입이 가능합니다.) 

*가입혜택 : 

  - 이동욱 공식 팬클럽 회원 카드 발급

- 팬클럽 공식 키트(Membership Kit)제공 (자세한 사항 추후 공지) 

- 이동욱 각종 온오프라인 팬 이벤트 및 행사 우선 참여 기회 제공(주최측과 협의 후 진행)

- 이동욱 팬미팅 시 선예매 혜택 제공(티켓 예매가 보장되는 혜택이 아니며, 주최 측과의 협의에 따라 변동될 수 있음) 

- 이동욱 공식 홈페이지(www.leedongwook.co.kr) 내 팬클럽 한정 스페셜 콘텐츠 열람

*가입 시 주의사항 : 

- 1인 1매 가입이 가능하며, 가입 시 본인 인증이 완료된 1개의 ID만 구매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 모집 기간 내에는 취소 및 환불이 가능하나 모집 마감 후에는 어떠한 사유로도 환불이 불가능하며, 단순 변심으로 인한 팬클럽 가입 취소 및 환불과 팬클럽 공식 키트(Membership Kit) 교환 및 반품은 불가합니다. 

- 회원 카드는 분실 시 재발급되지 않으니 주의 부탁드립니다.

- 가족 또는 타인의 명의로 가입 시 팬클럽 혜택을 받으실 수 없습니다. 반드시 가입자 본인 명의의 멜론 ID로 가입을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 해외 가입자의 경우, 이름은 반드시 여권에 기재된 영문 이름과 동일하게 기재해 주셔야 합니다. 여권명과 동일하지 않을 경우, 불이익이 발생될 수 있습니다.

- 회원 카드는 신청 기간 종료 후 제작 및 배송이 이루어지며 수취인 부재, 주소 불분명 등 가입자의 부주의로 인해 반송된 회원 카드는 재배송이 불가합니다.

- 회원 카드 및 물품은 팬클럽 회원에게만 제공되는 혜택이므로 타인에게 판매 및 양도할 수 없으며, 적발될 시에는 회원 자격이 박탈됩니다.

- 팬클럽 활동 기간 동안 가입하신 멜론 ID를 탈퇴할 경우 팬클럽 혜택을 받지 못하실 수 있으니 주의 바랍니다. 또한 공식 팬클럽을 구매한 회원의 멜론티켓 ID를 멜론 사이트 내에서 탈퇴 후 재가입은 불가능하며, 새로 가입한 ID로 팬클럽 혜택이 제공되거나 이전되지 않습니다.

- 팬 에티켓을 위반하는 행위를 하는 경우 팬클럽 명단에서 제외되며, 팬클럽 활동에 제한이 생길 수 있습니다. 

- 결제 및 입금 완료 후 예매 내역을 꼭 보관해 주시기 바랍니다. 팬클럽 가입 후 회원카드가 발송되기 전까지는 예매 내역서를 통해 혜택을 받으실 수 있습니다.

- 티켓 선예매는 본인에 한해 1회만 참여 가능하며, 티켓 선예매 기회 및 선예매로 구매한 티켓을 타인에게 양도/재판매 시 회원 자격이 박탈될 수 있습니다.

- 가입 시 기재하신 개인 정보는 팬클럽 회원 카드 발급 및 회원 관리에 이용되며, 활동 기간 종료 후 폐기됩니다. 

- 팬클럽 가입 및 결제, 팬클럽 공식 키트(Membership Kit) 발송 등에 대한 문의사항은 국내 가입자의 경우 멜론티켓 고객센터(유료 1899-0042, 평일/주말 09:00-18:00) 또는 1:1 문의하기를, 글로벌 가입자의 경우 1:1 문의하기를 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

LeeDongWook Official Fanclub Recruitment 

* Membership Registration Period

: Monday, 26 August 2024, 12:00 pm (KST) - Sunday, 15 September 2024, 11:59 pm (KST)

* Membership Active Period

Tuesday, 17 September 2024 - Tuesday, 16 September 2025 (subject to change depending on the artist’s schedule)

*Membership fee 

30,000 KRW (Including A Membership kit. Additional charges for domestic/international shipping fees and/or international transfer fees apply. One membership per person.

* Eligibility for Membership

- Domestic and overseas residents who wish to join LeeDongWook's official fan club.

- A ‘Melon Ticket’ subscriber in their own name.

(Overseas residents can sign up through the global page on the website.)

* Membership Benefits 

 - An official membership card 

 - A fanclub official Membership kit (details to be announced later) 

 - Priority participation in LeeDongWook's various online/offline fan events(will proceed after discussion with organiser) 

 - Pre-reservation benefits for LeeDongWook's fan meetings (Proceeding with coordination with the organisers.) 

 - Special contents for Official fan club memebers exclusive at LeeDongWook's official website(www.leedongwook.co.kr)  

* Registration Precautions

- You are allowed to register for a membership only once with a single Melon account.

- Cancellations and refunds are possible within the recruitment period for LeeDongWook's official fan club. However, after the recruitment period ends, no refunds will be issued for any reason, and exchanges or returns of a membership kit due to a change of mind will not be accepted. 

- A membership card cannot be reissued if you lose it. 

- Your Melon Ticket membership name must match your fan club membership name. You may not use the name of a family member or anyone else to register. If your fan club name does not match your real name, you may not be eligible for membership benefits. 

- For overseas registrants, ensure that you enter your English name exactly as it appears on your passport. If it does not match, you may face disadvantages regarding benefits.

- A LeeDongWook's official fan club membership card and kit will be produced and shipped collectively after the recruitment period ends.  Responsibility for any missing delivery of the membership card and kit due to the registrant’s mistake, incorrect information provision, or absence lies solely with the registrant. The membership card and kit cannot be reissued if lost due to these reasons.

- LeeDongWook's official fan club benefits are exclusively for fan club members and cannot be transferred or sold to others. If a member is discovered selling or sharing these benefits with other individuals, their fan club membership can be revoked.

- If you withdraw from Melon Ticket before the end of LeeDongWook's official fan club membership period, rejoining is not possible, and benefits will no longer be provided in any form. Additionally, if you have purchased an official fan club membership, it is not possible to leave and rejoin with the same Melon Ticket ID on the Melon site. Benefits will not be provided or transferred to a newly registered ID. 

- If you engage in behaviour that violates fan etiquette, you may be removed from the fan club roster and may face restrictions on fan club activities. 

- Please make sure to keep a separate record of your reservation details after payment or deposit completion. Until the membership card is delivered, you can receive benefits by confirming your reservation details.

- Advance ticket reservations are limited to one per person. If you transfer or resell tickets obtained through advance booking, your membership may be revoked.

- The information provided when joining LeeDongWook's official fan club will be used for issuing membership cards and managing fan club members, and will be discarded after the activity period ends. 

- For inquiries regarding fan club registration, payment, or the shipment of the official fan club kit, domestic members should contact the Melon Ticket Customer Service Center at 1899-0042 (available weekdays and weekends from 09:00 to 18:00) or use the 1:1 inquiry service. Global members should use the 1:1 inquiry service.
