가입 특별 이벤트
Apink 데뷔일 및 멤버 생일 숫자 가입자 0419, 2011, 0303, 0415, 0719, 0813, 0818 번째 싸인 폴라로이드 1장 랜덤 제공 (본 이벤트는 2024년 10월 23일 20:00 정시부터 결제를 완료한 순서로 적용됩니다.)
가입 시 주의사항 :
01. 반드시 팬클럽 가입자 본인 명의의 멜론 아이디로 가입하셔야 하며, 타인 명의 아이디로는 가입이 불가능합니다. (직계 가족 포함 친구, 지인 등 타인 아이디 가입 절대 불가)
02. 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 아이디 1개로 본인만 가입 가능합니다. (본인 1인 가입을 원칙)
(*가족 / 친구 등 타인의 아이디 절대 불가).
03. 14세 미만의 회원도 멜론 가입 후 팬클럽 가입이 가능하오니, 해당 부분 멜론 티켓 가입창을 통해 확인 바랍니다.
04. 회원카드가 발급 되기 전까지 입금 확인서를 소지하시기 바랍니다.
카드 발급 전까지 입금 확인서를 통해 팬클럽 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.
05. 본인 과실로 회원카드를 분실한 경우 재발급 불가합니다.
단, 배송 과실로 인해 회원카드가 분실 시에는 확인 후 재발급 가능합니다.
06. 주소, 연락처 등 개인정보 수정은 팬클럽 모집 마감일 이전까지 가능합니다.
반드시 멜론티켓 아이디와 회원정보를 확인 하신 후, 변경사항이 있을 경우 기간 내 수정해주시기 바랍니다.
07. 모집기간 이후 주소, 연락처 변경 등으로 연락이 닿지 않아 팬클럽 공식 키트가 반송된 경우, 재발송은 착불 배송이 되는 점 양해 바랍니다.
08. 팬클럽 회원 카드 및 공식 SPECIAL GIFT 물품은 팬클럽 회원에게만 제공되는 특전으로 판매 및 양도, 배포가 불가합니다. 위 사항이 적발될 경우 모든 팬클럽 혜택을 받을 수 없으며,
이후 모든 Apink팬클럽 모집 가입 불가합니다.
09. Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA] 가입 시, 가입비 결제 완료 후 단순 변심으로 인한 취소 및 환불이 불가하며, 취소 후 재가입이 되지 않으니 신중하게 가입해주시기 바랍니다.
10. Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA] 활동기간 중 멜론 티켓을 임의로 탈퇴하는 경우 일부 혜택을 받지 못할 수 있습니다.
11. 기타 모집에 대한 문의는 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042), (fanstaff@choilabs.com)로 해주시기 바랍니다.
12. Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA] 가입 시 기재한 개인정보는 해당 기수의 활동기간 종료 (2025년 12월)와 함께 폐기됩니다.

Membership Period : November 18th 2024 ~ December 31th 2025 (KST)

Benefits of Joining Apink's Official Fan club
01. Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA] Member card provided (Cannot be reissued in case of lost or damaged)
02. Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA] SPECIAL GIFT PROVIDED (One for each person)
03. Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA] Tickets will be sold first during the concert (fanclub pre-sale)
04. PANDA BOOTH provided during Apink’s fan meeting and concert.
05. Priority is given when conducting Apink open broadcasts and events (*Having a membership card first comes first served, when discussing with organizers)
06. Adjusting the rating of 'PANDA 8th' in Apink's official fan cafe and providing content exclusively for fan clubs
Special Event
The ones who get the membership numbers same as Apink’s debut date and membersl birthday numbers (0419, 2011, 0303, 0415, 0719, 0813, 0818) will be randomly provided a signed polaroid photo. (This event will be applied in the order in which payment is completed from 20:00 on October 23th, 2024.)
Precautions for Subscription
01. You must sign up with a Melon ID under your fan club's name, and you cannot sign up with someone else's ID. (You can never sign up for another person's ID, including your immediate family, friends, acquaintances, etc.)
02. Only you can sign up with one melon ticket ID under your name. (Each person can only sign up once) (*No ID of others, such as family/friends, etc.)
03. Members under the age of 14 can also join the fan club after joining Melon, so please check the Melon Ticket subscription window.
04. Please have a deposit confirmation before your membership card is issued.
You can receive fan club benefits through the deposit confirmation before the card is issued.
05. Membership card cannot be reissued in case of lost or damaged.
However, if the member card is lost due to delivery and room, it can be re-examined after checking.
06. Personal information such as address and contact information can be modified before the fan club recruitment deadline. Please make sure to check your Melon Ticket ID and membership information and modify it within the period if there is any change.
07. Please understand that if the official fan club kit is returned because the address and contact information have not been contacted after the recruitment period, the retransmission will be delivered with deliver fee.
08. Fan club membership cards and official SPECIAL GIFT items are only provided to fan club members and cannot be sold, transferred, or distributed. If the above is caught, you will not be able to receive all fan club benefits, and cannot join any Apink fan club after.
09. If you sign up for Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA], you cannot cancel or refund due to a simple change of mind after completing the payment of the subscription fee, and you cannot sign up again after cancellation, so please sign up carefully.
10. If you voluntarily withdraw your Melon ticket account during the Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA] activity period, you may not receive some benefits.

12. The personal information entered at the time of joining Apink 8th OFFICIAL FANCLUB [PANDA] will be discarded along with the end of the relevant flag bearer's activity period (December 2025)
