[팬클럽 선예매 안내]

- 팬클럽 선예매는 위버스(Weverse)의 EXO 공식 팬클럽 “EXO-L” 멤버십(GL) 회원에 한하여 회당 1인 1매 구매 가능합니다.

- EXO 공식 팬클럽 “EXO-L” 멤버십(GL)의 가입자명과 멜론티켓 예매자명, 실관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- EXO 공식 팬클럽 “EXO-L” 멤버십(GL) 가입 관련 문의사항은 위버스(http://www.weverse.io)를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

* STEP 1. 팬클럽 사전 인증 안내

- 인증 기간: 2024년 12월 3일(화) 2:00PM (KST) ~ 12월 9(월) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 위버스(Weverse)의 EXO 공식 팬클럽 “EXO-L” 멤버십(GL) 회원은 인증 기간 내에 본 공연 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 해당 기간 내 팬클럽 사전 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 팬클럽 사전 인증은 EXO 공식 팬클럽 “EXO-L” 멤버십(GL)에 가입한 위버스(Weverse) 계정으로 인증이 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 본인 명의의 멜론티켓 ID 1개당, 선예매를 신청한 위버스(Weverse) 계정 1개만 인증 가능하며 중복 인증은 불가합니다.

- 사전 인증 완료한 멤버십 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며, 멜론티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다.

- 선예매는 공연 관람 당일까지 멤버십 자격을 유지하고 있어야 유효합니다. 선예매 신청이 확정된 멤버십은 결제 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다. (멤버십 확인 방법: 위버스샵 앱 〉 MY 〉 주문내역)

- 사전 인증 오류 발생 시 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 오픈

- 선예매 기간: 2024년 12월 9일(월) 8:00PM(KST) ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 참여 대상: 12월 9일(월) 11:59:59PM (KST)까지 EXO 공식 팬클럽 “EXO-L” 멤버십(GL) 회원 사전 인증을 완료한 회원

- 팬클럽 선예매는 회당 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 무통장 입금 및 카드 결제 모두 가능합니다. 단, 무통장 입금의 경우 예매일의 당일 (12/9 (월)11:59PM)까지 입금이 완료되어야 예매가 완료되며, 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매하신 티켓은 자동적으로 취소가 됩니다.

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하니 사전 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.

[일반예매 안내]

- 일반예매 일정: 2024년 12월 11일(수) 8:00PM (KST) ~

- 일반예매는 회당 1인 2매까지 가능합니다. (회당 팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 일반예매는 카드결제만 가능합니다. 원활한 티켓 예매 환경 조성 및 일부 부정한 경로의 예매를 방지하기 위해 카드결제만 진행하오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매에서 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 휠체어석 팬클럽 선예매 일정: 2024년 12월 9일(월) 10:00AM(KST) ~ 5:59:59PM (KST)

- 휠체어석 일반예매 일정: 2024년 12월 11일(수) 10:00AM (KST) ~

- 휠체어석은 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 반드시 예매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해주시기 바랍니다. (글로벌 페이지는 전화 문의가 불가하며 1:1 문의만 가능합니다.)

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장수령 만 가능합니다. 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있으며 미지참 시 티켓 수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)

- 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 구매자는 “EXO-L” 멤버십(GL) 모바일 회원카드를 지참하셔야 합니다.

- 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓 당일 환불은 불가합니다.

[Fanclub Presale]

- Fanclub Presale is available only for members of “EXO-L” (GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of EXO, with a purchase limit of one ticket per person per show.

- You can watch the concert only when the name of the membership of “EXO-L” (GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of EXO, matches the name of the person who purchased the ticket through Melon Ticket, and the actual attendee.

- The presenting company and the official ticket site shall not be responsible for acts of other people who verified themselves with your membership information exposed due to your carelessness. Please be careful to manage your membership information.

- For questions related to joining the membership of “EXO-L” (GL), official Fanclub of EXO, please check with the Weverse (http://www.weverse.io). 

* STEP 1. Fanclub Verification Process for Fanclub Presale

- Verification Period: December 3, 2024 (Tue) 2:00PM(KST) ~ December 9, 2024 (Mon) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- The members of “EXO-L” (GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of EXO can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through the page to reserve the concert ticket. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period.

- The verification process for the Fanclub Presale can be done through the Weverse account registered with the official Fanclub “EXO-L” (GL) of EXO.

- If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page.

- You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the Presale per one Melon Ticket ID. Multiple verification will not be available.

- The membership information that completes the verification process cannot be changed, canceled, nor reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Melon Ticket membership.

- Presale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show. Memberships whose presale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded. (How to check the membership status: Weverse Shop App 〉 MY 〉 Order Details)

- In case of any errors during the verification process, please contact Melon Ticket Customer Center 1:1 online inquiry.

* STEP 2. Fanclub Presale

- Fanclub Presale: December 9, 2024 (Mon) 8:00PM(KST) ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

- Participants: Those who have completed the verification of EXO's official Fanclub "EXO-L" Membership (GL) by December 9, 2024 (Mon) 11:59:59PM(KST).

- Members can only purchase 1 ticket per person per show during the Fanclub Presale.

- Fanclub Presale can be done without a bankbook or by credit card. But, in case of the method to make a deposit without a bankbook, the reservation must be completed by the day of reservation (11:59PM). If the deposit is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled.

- Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only purchase tickets through General Sale after the Fanclub Presale period, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub Presale period. We would like to inform you that the parties are solely responsible for the damage caused by failure to certify and book within the relevant period, and that the host, organizer, and ticket vendor of the concert are not responsible for any damage.

[General Sale]

- General Sale: December 11, 2024 (Wed) 8:00PM (KST) ~

- You can only purchase 2 tickets per person per show (including the ticket purchased through the Fanclub Presale).

- All remaining seats from the Fanclub Presale will be opened for General Sale. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for General Sale.

[Wheelchair Accessible Seats]

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats Fanclub Presale: December 9, 2024 (Mon) 10:00AM(KST) ~ 5:59:59PM (KST)

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats General Sale: December 11, 2024 (Wed) 10:00AM (KST) ~

- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via phone booking through the Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042), and up to 2 tickets per show can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Please make sure to reserve for accompanying individuals in advance, as they must also have reservations to enter. (Global page does not accept phone inquiry and is only available via 1:1 inquiry.)

- You can only reserve wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserves them is identical to the name on the disability register card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserved them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter.

- You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats at the venue on the concert day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card (or welfare card). If you don't bring them, you cannot get a ticket or use a wheelchair seat. (Proxy receipt and transfer are not allowed.)

- Even if you have a disability register card (or welfare card), wheelchair accessible seats are not available for audiences who do not use wheelchairs.

- Those who purchased wheelchair accessible seats through Fanclub Presale must bring their “EXO-L” Membership (GL) mobile membership cards.

- You will be held solely responsible for failure to bring and present required documents, and refund on the day of the show will not be available when entry is denied due to failure to verify identity.

- 对于因本人的疏忽而暴露的会员信息以及因暴露的会员信息使他人获得粉丝俱乐部认证的行为, 演出主办、主管公司和预售处概不负责, 请注意管理本人的会员信息。

- 关于EXO官方粉丝俱乐部 “EXO-L” MEMBERSHIP(GL)加入相关咨询事项, 请通过Weverse (http://www.weverse.io )进行确认。

- 粉丝俱乐部提前预购事前认证可通过加入EXO官方粉丝俱乐部 “EXO-L” MEMBERSHIP(GL)的Weverse账号进行认证。

- 粉丝俱乐部事前认证在国文预购页面进行的情况, 粉丝俱乐部提前预购只能在国文预购页面进行, 在全球预购页面进行的情况, 粉丝俱乐部提前预购只能在全球预购页面进行。

- Melon Ticket本人名义的每个ID只能认证一个申请提前预购的Weverse账户, 不能重复认证。

- 完成事前认证的会员信息不能修改、取消或再使用, 即使退出Melon Ticket会员也不能再认证。

- 仅当您在演出当天保持会员身份时，预售才有效。已确认预售申请的会员资格不可取消或退款。(会员预购店铺查看方法：Weverse App 〉 More 〉 我的会员）

* STEP 2. 粉丝俱乐部提前预购门票开放

- 提前预购期间：2024年 12月 9日(周一) 8:00PM ~ 11:59:59PM(KST)

- 参与对象: 到12月 9日(周一) 11:59:59PM(KST)为止, 完成EXO官方粉丝俱乐部“EXO-L” MEMBERSHIP(GL)会员事前认证的会员。

- 粉丝俱乐部提前预购，每人每次可购买一张票。

- 粉丝俱乐部提前购票可选择无账号转账或信用卡支付。但通过无账号转账进行购票，需在购票当天的23点59分前完成付款。请注意，如在规定时间内未完成付款，订单将自动取消。

- 即使完成了粉丝俱乐部认证，但预购期间结束后只能通过一般预购购买门票，请务必确认时间表。如果在规定期限内未完成认证和购票而导致损失，责任完全由当事人承担，主办方、承办方和售票处概不负责。

[一般预购指南]

[轮椅席预购指南]

- 轮椅席的预购仅限于残疾人证或福利卡上的"预购者本人"。不是本人，预购者和同行1人不可入场。

- 轮椅席的门票只能在当天现场领取。领取时必须携带购票者本人的有效身份证件以及残疾人证或福利卡，否则无法领取门票并使用轮椅席。（不可代领以及转让 ）

- 即使有残疾人证(或福利卡)，不使用轮椅的观众不可使用轮椅席。

- 通过轮椅席粉丝俱乐部提前预购购票的观众需要携带“EXO-L”MEMBERSHIP(GL) MOBILE 会员卡。

- 未携带指定的身份证明的责任由本人承担，当天不能因无法验证的理由进行退款。
